Dynamic Coalition on the Internet Bill of Rights
To explore the concept of an "Internet Bill of Rights", a globally agreed to document that states the rights and duties of individual users of the Internet.
An international meeting on the subject will be convened in Italy in 2007. It is suggested that an "Internet Bill of Rights" becomes one of the main themes for the next IGF meeting in Brazil.
