Insight

• The meeting will be held in an enjoyable atmosphere courteously and professionally.

• Service Theory will be given before UTS.• Bar Theory will be given after UTS.• The meeting will take approximately 6-8

hours.

Method

• Class method: seminar, discussion, demo & practical.

• Your assignment will be given out of the class in a form of tour study, data collection and research & analysis.

Uniforms

• Service & Bar uniform is blue jeans and light brown clothing.

• Black colored apron must be brought on practical session will be announced a week before.

• Female students– Any other light colored hair different

than dark one is not allowed– Hair longer than shoulder must be tied

up with hair net. – Nails must be trimmed neatly and nail

polish is not allowed.– Light make up is a must.

– 3-5 cm of high heel shoes only. – No belt.

• Male students– Hair length must not be longer than

the collar and well groomed.– Any other light colored hair different

than dark one is not allowed. – Beard must be cleaned and shaven

everyday.–Black socks, black shoes and black belt only.

Rules

• Uniform should be dressed up properly and neatly.

• No late attendance even 1 second only.

• No smoke odor before entering the class.

• No jewelry at all•Not allowed to leave the class earlier with any reason.

Rules

• Students are responsible for themselves. Students are not allowed to get drunk while consuming alcoholic beverages during the Bar Theory class.

• Avoid strong perfume or after shaving lotion as this can be detracted from the enjoyment of food and wine.

• Materials will be upload at my website (www.michaelrickysondak.blogspot.com) or UC share (share.ciputra.ac.id)

• Students have to read the materials before the class begin. Failing to answer the first three questions class is canceled and all students will lose their attendance.

•Before leaving the class….. Take off your own garbage. It’s a MUST (failing to follow this instruction point reduction for all students until 100%).

• Work as a team. – The result not only about your

final mark, but the process indeed.

• Find out your object:–Restaurant or café–No similar object
