Arrowstorm Entertainment has produced 11 films in the last 4 years, all of them
profitable; few producers, if any, have such a track record.
We have relationships and a lucrative reputation with distributors worldwide.
Arrowstorm is well known in all territories to deliver high quality films with excellent marketability: foreign TV and DVD deals
deliver the bulk of our revenue.
Mythica is a 5-film series, with parts 1, 2, and 3 already produced (Mythica 1 already
released), all with profitable distribution deals secured; Arrowstorm will raise
$500,000 to shoot Mythica 4, the next film in the series.

Arrowstorm has pre-sold, already-signed distribution deals with top distributors
in Russia, Eastern Europe, Turkey, South Africa, and France, for a combined total
of $255,000.
A 20% ($51k) deposit has already been paid and is in escrow, waiting for
Mythica 4 to be produced. The sales agent earns a 15% commission plus
small fees, resulting in an expected net income from these foreign presales of
more than $210,000.
Utah has a Motion Picture Incentive Fund that will pay 20-25% of the budget for Mythica 4, redeemable in Q1 2016, equaling approx $100,000 (20% of
500k budget).
The Kickstarter funds raised for Mythica 1 and Mythica 2 are $94k and $81k … we anticipate at least $80,000 for the Mythica 4 Kickstarter, which
will run in January of 2016.
The combined revenue for Mythica 4 already recoupable (“sure money”) is
$390,000.

Splendid Film GmbH paid $100k for German rights to Mythica 1 and Mythica 2. They have a first right of refusal on Mythica 3, 4, and 5 for $100k each… which is anticipated to be
fulfilled.

Between Germany, Japan, UK, and Australia, Mythica 4 will turn
profitable.
US revenue for Mythica 4 is expected to be higher than $300,000, through
digital, DVD, and TV deals, all adding to the profitability.
Typically, Arrowstorm films appear in most or ALL of these outlets, and many
more.
In short, it is difficult to describe a case in which Mythica 4 will be unprofitable. Being a sequel of an established series, Mythica 4 is
the closest thing out there to a “risk-free” film investment.

Arrowstorm is not making “blue sky” projections. We have a tried and true
distribution system that earns modest profits consistently.
Arrowstorm Entertainment is offering equity investment in
Mythica 4, a total of $500,000 of preferred shares, for a total 50%
equity ownership in Mythica 4, with a 1x liquidation preference.
The $865k+ in revenue will be collected and distributed to Unit
Holders for the most part in Q2 of 2016.
The film is anticipated to be produced in October of 2015, with
postproduction completed for delivery to distributors in May of
2016.
Conservatively, investors are projected to receive a 36.5% return on capital
within approximately 1 year.
Optimistically, investors are projected to receive an 80% return on capital
within 1 year.
Investors in the Mythica 4 investment will be invited with first
right of refusal on investment in Mythica 5, the final installment of
the Mythica series.
