Check in will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. You will be able to purchase snacks and food (hot dogs,
burgers, etc.) at The Grille at Sporting Clays. Please allow EXTRA TIME if you plan to eat lunch at
the facility (arrive at 11am or earlier) and/or shoot the 5-stand. Please be at your cart by 1:45 p.m.
for any last-minute instructions by the course staff. A shotgun start is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. The
event will be held, RAIN or SHINE. In the event that the weather prohibits, the dinner and raffles
will be held, and rain checks will be issued for use on the date of your choice.
