WHA T ABO UT MY O WN STARTUP?

I studied the degree Leadership and Entrepreneurial Innovation in Mondragon

University. The methodology used in these studies is based on practice in

applying knowledge as acquired. To do this, we created a company to generate

economic benefits and demonstrate what we have learned has real value. My startup is

called Glow and nowadays it’s a Cooperative.

The reason to create the company was "Helping components learn to monetize their

passions". Our brand is "Business, seriously?" We want to transmit a young and fresh

image, definitely a different way of doing business. You can check for more information

The knowledge creating company

One of the biggest values for us is to share our knowledge from the

books or from the customer visits for example.

The most important person in all the process is the final user of the

service, so we create and design all looking for these people.

MY TRIPS AROUND THE WORLD

Every year we travel to a country to gain new knowledge and got an international view

of the market.

FINLAND

The first year we traveled to Finland to know firsthand

our methodology. For two months, we face the challenge of

starting to work as a team and do business in a foreign

country for first time.

UNITED STATES

The second year we traveled for a month to San Francisco

to feel the movement of this city known for being an

important point for entrepreneurs worldwide. The team is

developing and accelerates the activities.

INDIA

In India we stayed during two months, in the city of Pune. The

purpose of this trip is to get a personal development

and work in an emerging country with a very different

culture to Western.

CHINA

Other two months in China in the city of Shanghai, the

financial center of the Asian giant. The purpose of this trip

is to recognize China as a country where not only occurs,

also is where is concerned the biggest movement of

innovation

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

In our company we carry a wide variety of projects, but I personally have mine

centered in the field of social innovation. I choose this specialization because for me is

really important to create projects with a human goal, and not just monetary goal. So I

thought that this was the way to learn how to create this kind of project giving a real

importance to the value.

The Case is a creative process where the entire

company participates. A company raises your

problem and solution is given in a period of 8 hours.

This opening serves us how to get companies to

larger projects.

It is a platform through various actions mostly aim is

to raise awareness and sensitize people about the field

of ecology. For us it is very important to reach all types

of people and ages, so it is something we are very

aware of when designing these activities.

I have energized teams between 6 and 25 people of

all ages and worked for different events and

companies. My goal and responsability was to all

come to the same conclusion and guide both the

conversation and the direction of being treated.

I have worked commercially, with different

companies and for ours: Closing visits

with potential clients and selling the

product or service to them. For example I

have worked for: Mundo Oliva and

Lautech

Oh my trip works with regard to the

development of strategies for the promotion

of the tourism sector, with the firm intention

to disseminate different destinations and its

attractions to tourists from around the world.

We confidence in the ability of these

campaigns, as apart of give out the natural,

historical, gastronomic and cultural attractions

of the area, resulting in a substantial income

for the town or set of them.

During two summers I have worked on two

different bars as a waitress. It was a great

experience and I learned a lot about how

to take care for your customers

SKILLS AND MO TIVATIONS

I consider myself a committed worker and natural leader. During these years in my

company I have learned about teamwork. I like to think all kinds of things you can give a

creative and innovative change, so I try to apply it in the little things of everyday life.

All this encourages me to be a very sociable person and want to know all kinds of

people. That's why I love to travel and enrich other cultures, both as individuals and

professionally.

I am a very adaptable to any situation and open to any kind of challenges that serve to

my personal growth person.

One of my passions is reading and listening to music. I would like to share the books

and authors that have marked my thinking in the professional way.

He wrote Business Model Generation, and thanks to this new

methodology is me much easier to understand and apply new tools

in every phase of the business.

I read his book called An Inconvenient Truth and that made me start

looking more at what today is one of my biggest interests: ecology.

we are leaving, and we learn to work with them would find a very

interesting market.
