PARIS
RESTAURANT LE BOUILLON CHARTIER
7 rue du Faubourg Montmartre 75009 Paris Near Metro Grands boulevards
Opened 7/7, from 11.30 am to 10
You’re looking for Ratatouille’s restaurant? We found it for you: it is called the Bouillon Chartier.
Founded in 1896, this place has become mythical in Paris. It is a very stylish and large brasserie,
where all French traditions are respected: the staff is dressed in fancy ‘tabliers’ to serve you the
finest French cuisine (Tartare, Andouillette,..) for reasonable prices, around 10 euros for one
dish.
Check the menu out on their website: http://www.bouillon-chartier.com/
Be careful, you might have to wait to enter this fabulous place.
THE PINK FLAMINGO RESTAURANT
If you are tired of the Napolitain’s tasteless pizzas,
this is the place you have to go. Located in the center
of the Marais, this little restaurant is original in its
fancy decoration, but all the more in the dishes it
offers: here, the pizzaiolo is inspired by great
personalities such as Obama, Che Guevara, or Eric
Cantona. He only uses organic floor and fresh
produces delivered every morning.
105, rue Vieille du Temple in Le Marais, St Paul Metro
Other addresses in Paris restaurants check on their website: http://pinkflamingopizza.com/
THE URGENCE BAR
If you have always dreamt of being a doctor,
you will enjoy this famous bar where cocktails
have very weird names (like “suppositoire”,
meaning “suppository”, or “vomitif ”, meaning
“emetic”) and are served in test tubes, in the
thematic of medicine. A little bit expansive (10
euros), but have a taste of their mixtures, you
won’t regret it!
