• SC 4 resolves that the negotiations for the following joint activities be initiated with ISO/TC 37/SC 4 (Chair: Laurent Romary) and OMG (Liaison: Donald Chapin) under the Memorandum of Understanding between ISO and OMG and documented synchronization of their respective standardization processes provisional to the discussions at Pisa in September 2008:

focusing on the projects LAF, SemAF/Time, SemAF/DActs, MLIF, and TDG 7.• 2008-11-1/2, Beijing: That Yu Xinli host WG 2 meetings in Beijing, focusing

on the projects Word segmentation Parts 1 and 2. • 2009-01-05/08, Tilburg: That Harry Bunt host WGs meetings in Tilburg in

conjunction with IWCS-9, focusing on the projects FSR/FSD, SemAF/DActs, TDG 3, and other NWIPs.
