With National reached, I need your

help to create a Legacy for the IT

AREA.

On this page, all this year and in the months and years to come, I’m going to continue to

emphasize the “ITTLE” victories. We’re going to celebrate those because I so believe ittles help us

grow big victories. Ittle victories are part of the Grand Plan that put us on that stage. Someone knew long ago who would be standing

on those steps in July 2010. I’m

so glad it was you.

makes the difference. I believe

Twenty-two years ago

today, August 18, 2010 I signed my beauty consultant agreement. Twenty-two years later I’m going to a director retreat with 21

directors. Including me, there are 22 of us. Kind of a neat

number….isn’t it?

The creation of the It

National Area was our group effort, and there wasn’t any momentous moment that cinched the deal. It took 22 years, and as I look back

what I see are compounding numbers as I did faces and classes, and went to weekly

meetings and Chicagoramas and Seminars, and then you joined me and you did it too! The vision

evolved as the little victories

occurred.

I keep going back to the book The Outliers. Remember my speech about the 10,000

hours of efforts it would take to earn the title of National Sales

Director.
