• Kaspersky license is renewed for one year it will expired on November 2014.

Figure Print Device

• Is responsible for attendance it’s include: hardware stand for scanning figure Software System for monitoring and downloading reports.Business Process:for new user IT Department receive letter from HR Department then IT register his

name and scan his figure in the hardware device. Daily report process:When ever the employee’s scan them figure’s in the device then all data will appear in figure software system( name, code, time in, time out, over time ) will show in the software system the IT department download the report and send it to HR department.o Backup reports will process daily and the backup period will be with the IT

department for two year’s.

Network Network Equipment’s include :- Sudatell RouterThis router extend IT for Internet

- Canar Router This router extend IT for Internet Sudatell and Canar are used for load balancing.

- Zain RouterThis router serves Engineer’s to connect to JDS and SPP through Internet connection.- Canar WiMaX RouterThis router Connect the work shop with the Head Quarter its serves them with CRM System and Internal share folders

Internal Switch’s : Those switch’s serving our local network and Distribute Internet from the Sudatell and CanarRouter to the all building,

External Switch's:There are two switch’s one in the Fifth floor and one is the Second floor.

Those switch's made for new network points and extension for the new office network.

Wireless Switch’s :There’s a three Wi-Fi- switch’s Show room and First floor – DieselSecond floor – Diesel2Third Floor and Fourth floor – DHE-JCBThose switches helping employee to access through DHE networks without using cable’s The benefit of those switch is decreased the need for using cables, and its easy to connect through them.

Server’s

• There are six server’s on the IT departments each one serves specific job are :

ERP System ServerThis serving two Departments are: Finance After sales in after sales serves - spare parts, Workshop and warehouse.o Business Process:To create an user we receive approved form from the department manager with a specific privilege, then after that IT start proceed the Installation of the system software and creating the new user.Also IT responsible for Modifying , deleting user’s and backup data . Internal Issues for examples system enable to access according to windows setting and software External system Issues – we contact the system company to follow up those issues

Exchange Mail Server

This server serves emails and backup.Their is a 84 user using this server so all mails Sendand Receive.o Business Process:To create an user we receive approved form from the General Manager then after that IT start proceed the creating the new user in the server and start Installation of the user and the configuration for Outlook mail in his / her device. IT responsible for Modifying , deleting user’s and backup data . Daily monitoring for all user's Daily checking anti spam mail Daily server testing for the incoming mail and out going mails. Benefit of this server in the near future is the employee’s will use outlook

instead of desk phones so it will decrease billing payment to zerro.

Domain Controller Server

• This is the Main Server responsible for all user’s and connect them through server’s .

• Is used for share data between employees.• In this server IT department can create a new User, modify user, reset the password for user’sAnd delete user’s.• All those processes work under active directory, the mainsoftware for the server.Business Process:According to the forms send by manager’s of department IT will proceed to create, delete and modify the user .Reset password happened optional if an employee ask for it

Oracle System Server

It’s serves DCC company and uses for : Finance Department and for them System works

CRM ServerThis serves After sales department: Spare parts section Service section CSR sectionAlso there’s share folder’s on this server are : Parts folder Spare Parts Procurement DataIT department responsible for :o creating user’so Updating passwordso Deleting accountsBusiness process:According to the forms send by manager’s of department IT will proceed to create, delete and modify the user . Updating password is optional if an employee ask for it Benefit of this server is saving time for those section’s to reach each other easily and

saving time for customer’s .

Software and Backup Server

This serves all software updates: Office Adobe software Driver’s software printer’s software Windows softwaresoftware's that the user needs helping to make his work so smoothly.

Backup files and folder for IT department and all server’s software.

Telecommunication equipment's Sudatell SwitchResponsible for internal and external phone calls.Internally switch extend calls and transmit it into codes called extension serves employ’s to use those code to reach other departments easily.

VoIP ( Voice Over Internet Protocol ) SwitchiP phones connected through this switch by using Network cables Those phones position in :Two in Counter One in CSR One in sales officeIts serves Customer’s to be able to reach Sales and After sales Department’s.

UPS Battery Backup

• All Devices connected to UPS Battery to avoid Unexpected sudden malfunction, Fluctuation in the electricity the can affect for server’s Performance and when the light goes Off our device’s in any case will be protected in any case of that wont shutdown.

Positions are Aftersales Department :Installing JDS, SPP, CRM System and configuring user’s and ERP System for CSR section Finance Department:Installing ERP System and configuring new user’s Sales Department:Installing JDS HUP. Other software should be there by default like: MS Office including Outlook Antivirus Adobe software – Reader and Flash player MS Silver light Win Rar and etc. This preparing will take approximate time from two to for days depending on the

authentication's of the employee’s and their departments. Sometimes JDS and SPP will be installed within a week it’s depend on their Admin

and their user’s authentication’s.
