This session will explore analytic techniques to provide businesses their competitive edge.

Presenter: Bob Suh, CEO, OnCorps, Inc.

3. Social/Business – Built In versus Bolted OnSocial technologies, in all forms, are a way of life inside and outside enterprises. Leveraging social tools can no longer be an after-thought. To evolve to a true “social business” that realizes value from social channels, it needs to be embedded in everything a business does throughout the value chain. This includes integration across enterprise solutions data, and key touch points in the customer, employee, vendor and partner experience. Along with the intrinsic incorporation of social into major aspects of the business, methods analyzing per-formance is key for measuring value driven by social invest-ments. Learn from experts in the field how companies of all sizes can move from leveraging social media tools to building a social business.

and technological advancement. The panel discussion will focus on how to reconcile the need for security and control with the desire to remain flexible and competitive.
