Every year, Fine Food Australia and Diversified Communications commits to bringing buyers and sellers together in a professional environment that celebrates innovation in food. New ideas are presented at Fine Food Australia that not only generate business, but also sets a benchmark for hospitality trade events.
To measure the success of each show and to assess the quality of the audience generated by promotional campaigns, Diversified Communications conducts a survey of visitors and exhibitors post show and the results are presented in this report. All visitor data is analysed by the Circulations Audit Board (CAB).

BULLA FAMILY DAIRY STANDThis year our platinum sponsor Bulla Family Dairy launched its much anticipated ’Gastronorm’. A rookie to Fine Food Australia 2015, the ‘Talking Food Stage’ quickly earned its expert status as it boasted a line-up of industry influencers sharing their most welcomed insights and experience. Covering thought provoking topics from the future of food to surpassing your competition, the Talking Food Stage is sure to take centre stage again in 2016.
WOMEN IN FOODSERVICE CHARITY EVENT
MC Joanna Savill joined fellow guest speakers Anna Polyviou and Laura Neville to share their inspiring foodie success stories. Over 100 guests attended the networking event whilst mingling over a gourmet chef’s plated breakfast served with sparkling wine and a take home goodie bag.
OSCAR HOSPITALITY TRICKS OF THE TRADE SEMINARA one day ticketed seminar program focusing on providing valuable education in Aged Care Hospitality. Topics covered included food intolerance and allergies, managing tight budgets and maintaining quality.
OFFICIAL GREAT AUSSIE PIE & SAUSAGE ROLL COMPETITION
The annual competition is the original and biggest nationally recognised pie competition in Australia and attracts over 1,000 entries each year. This year the competition also welcomed Mark Berreta and Peter Wilkins as guest judges.
