FLEXIBILITY & SCALABILITY

Colocation Space The data centre campus area is approximately 39,480 sqm with 5,574 sqm of raised floor area in 4 clusters. Each cluster can accommodate around 366 racks (total 1,464 racks).

The raised floor inside the white space is built with 100 cm height and can carry a load of 2,358 kg per sqm.

The data centre campus also comprises a 4,000 sqm of office space for customer use.

SECURITY & SAFETY

MONITORING

• All access to the facility is recorded in the entrance logs that are maintained by on-premise guard 24x7

• 24x7 site accessibility with facilities designed for handling large/heavy equipment

• Security camera recording period (30 days)

• Onsite BMS platform enables the Control Room staff to monitor the functioning of all electrical, HVAC, security, fire, access and CCTV systems 24x7 for fault alerts, monitoring, water leakage detection sensors, maintenance and management of regular operations

• Access control, biometric and escorted access with privilege-based access for all external doors and critical areas

• Data centre camera surveillance (CCTV with digital recording) for monitoring system with one month of recording storage and in the process to upgrade to 6 months

FIRE PROTECTION

• Fully compliant raised floor system of non-combustible and anti-static material

• Fully compliant doors and concrete floor, ceiling and walls constructed to highest standards of fire ratings with Analog Addressable Fire Alarm System

• Addressable fire detection and clean agent fire suppression systems located under floor and in ceiling area. The fire suppression system is gaseous based (FM200 HFC 227ea) that is safe for use when people are present

• Smoke & Dust Detection Alarm for early alert on fire incidents

RELIABILITY

DATA CENTRE POWER

• Redundant power feeds from two power sources – DEWA supply with (N+1) redundancy sub-station transformers (4x1.5MW), and onsite prime rate generators (4x1.5MW) with (N+1) redundancy

• Fuel storage as per uptime Tier III design approved (Additional fuel supply contracts in place with SLA)

• Onsite Bulk Fuel Tank capacity to run generators for minimum of 12 hours at full load capacity, and contract with multiple fuel suppliers for subsequent continuous operation

• On-premises parallel-connected redundant UPS (3x500kVA + 3x400kVA) with battery backup at full UPS load capacity for 15 minutes

• Standard 32 amps single phase redundant (A+B) power points for the racks with ability to cater to other requirements based on customer needs

• All feeds are redundant to the distribution boxes to provide full protection against failure from DEWA, UPS or generator

• Floor PDUs – 22x144kW, (N+N) redundancy

• Power per rack – 3.6kW

HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR-CONDITIONING (HVAC)

• Advanced HVAC systems providing optimal operating conditions supported by N+1 redundant PAHUs

• N+1 water cooled chillers 3,324 TR, dual path chilled water distribution system with thermal storage tank

• Humidity control between 20% to 80% as per ASHRAE standard

• Temperature ranges from 18 °C to 27 °C as per ASHRAE standard

• Front to Rear, Hot and Cold AISLE arrangement with cooled air supply below raised floor and controlled with perforated floor tiles

• Computer rooms are provided with pressurised treated fresh air and ventilation system

• Water leakage detection sensors all around the data centre and monitored through BMS

Our data centre support team will help customers with the access authorisation/entry procedures to the facility to ensure right access privileges are granted to customers or staff based on their responsibility and scope of work.

The onsite support team supervises and assists in all installation activities carried onsite and reports all kind of faults to the concerned people.

Our team will manage all logistic items such as trolleys, tools, UTP patch cables, power strips that are required to facilitate customer provision requirement.

Our services include:

• Managing customer service calls tickets and incidents till closure

• Providing 24x7 support portal assistance

• Providing various network cable patching requirement

• Managing customer equipment movement

• Providing basic/advanced Remote Hand service, which can be from simplest reboots to swapping out the hardware as per the customer’s instruction
