Initial Plan
lmmediately following my hiring I would waste no time beginning by familiarizing myself with theday-to-day operations, staff, and management. I would like to review company standards, tour thegeneral area to observe recently completed projects, in addition to information on employee skill
levels. Regardless of my position or title I would jump in and make a difference.
Once I have received and reviewed the Company policy along with have an idea of expectations andcompany guidelines I will be able to elaborate in much more detail. I feel I have all the required skills
and abilities that Project Manager, Estimator, or Glazier needs to be successful on a every-day basis. The skills and abilities I lack I would appreciate the opportunity to broaden my knowledge. To Sum
up what Im looking for in a couple sentences I would have to say:
A Company willing to work together, making the overall Company name and myself the best the
trade has to offer. A company with Commitment, which Backs up, Respects, in addition to Trustingtheir employees and has the same similar goal of Being the Best.
