What is a Case?
A case is an objective description of a real-life business
situation (problem) in which a manager is required to take
action and is responsible for his or her results.
A case provides factual information about an enterprise, its
products and markets, its competitive position, and whatever
financial, structural and economic data may be pertinent.
A case provides a simulation of the various organiational
problems facing a manager on a daily basis.
