Psalms 112:9 says “They share freely and give generously to those in
need.” Thank You Judson Baptist Church for showing up Wednesday
night to donate blood. A story was shared with me by Nurse Whitney
Lashua who told of a man that came through the E.R. of a local hospital.
They used 12 different components of blood to save his life. We
believe only Jesus can save. He knew before we were made what an
importance blood would be. Thank you for sharing yours! There are
people in this world who know who they are, what they’re about, what
they alone can give, and just like them the gifts they share are a true
blessing.

I hope you are all enjoying your week with kids out of school. Hopefully, the weather will stay warm and we can enjoy Spring. Summer is around the corner. This coming Sunday Evening we are going to have a special service honoring our AWANA workers. The worship service is for everyone, but we encourage our AWANA workers to come (we have a gift for you). This is just a small token of appreciation for all you do in the Children’s Ministry through AWANA every Wednesday. Let me mention something that is a few weeks away, but I want you to start thinking about it. May 13 is JBC Graduation. Many of these families who have children in JBC do not have a church home. It would be great if we would have a good group of Judson people here simply to welcome them and to share about our Savior and our church with them. The 3 year olds will graduate at 6:30 and the 4 year olds at 7:30. Be here early because the families get here early to get the good seats. Imagine that, people coming early to sit in the front of the church! Don’t forget our Summer Wednesday night program for
children. Our kickoff for GA’s and RA’s will be April 30 at 6:15. We will meet in the Sanctuary and introduce the teachers to the children and parents. Then the teachers will take them to their classrooms to let the kids know what will be going on during the Summer. GA’s is for girls 1-5 grades and is led by Teresa Higginbotham and RA’s is for boys 1-5 grades and is led by Kerney Arnold. We will also have Mission Friends for our preschoolers. G-Force will continue through May and then will take a break until school starts again. We do need workers for May. If you would be interested contact Mona Keel or me. There will only be 3 Sundays of G-Force in May because we will not have G-Force on Mother’s Day. Don’t forget to send in your names for Kindergarten, High School, and College graduates. Graduate Recognition will be May 4. Also, we need baby names, too! Baby Dedication will be on Mother’s Day, May 11. In His service, Robbie
