The purpose of this Agreement is to agree on the objectives, duration, timing and organisation of on-the-job learning and on the procedures to be followed with regard to student assessment. 4. OCCUPATIONAL WORK SAFETYThe workplace Tutor will teach and guide the Student to the extent necessary with regard to the conditions at the workplace and ensure that these are sufficiently familiar to the Student before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed between the Student and the provider of the on-the-job learning period, the Student is neither in a contract-of-employment relationship with the workplace nor with the provider of educational services during the period of on-the-job learning.

Special remarks on work safety:

5. LEARNING OUTCOMESThe objective of on-the-job learning is to provide the Student with an opportunity to gain experience of attending to practical work tasks in his/her field of education and training. The content of on-the-job training is determined in accordance with the curriculum.

6. ASSESSMENTLearning outcomes will be assessed according to the assessment criteria of either sending or receiving partners. Where possible, the assessment criteria and forms of the receiving partner, and in other cases the assessment form of Kainuu Vocational College. The form is attached.

7. INTERPRETING THE AGREEMENT

In the case of a sudden change in circumstances or the onset of difficulties all three Parties will contact each other immediately. Disputes connected to interpretation of the Agreement will be resolved primarily through negotiations between the Parties to the Agreement.

As a workplace Tutor, I hereby undertake to guide and assess the Student during the on-the-job learning period in he manner agreed by the three Parties to the Agreement .

As a Teacher, I hereby undertake to supervise and assess the Student during the on-the-job learning period in the manner agreed by the three Parties to the Agreement.
