    Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) has taken a novel initiative forKalinga Institute of Social Sciences (KISS) has taken a novel initiative forthe skill development and employment of drop out and unemployedthe skill development and employment of drop out and unemployedtribal youths of the state. Under this initiative, eight months back 525tribal youths of the state. Under this initiative, eight months back 525tribal youths were picked up from different parts of the state and trainedtribal youths were picked up from different parts of the state and trainedin various skills. While 150 students were trained as security guard, 225in various skills. While 150 students were trained as security guard, 225
