That Council approve the recommendation of Energie Kapuskasing Energy/Solaire Kapuskasing Solar to support the 28 Small FIT applications as presented, the associated fees, security cheques and authorize execution of all related documents conditional upon entering into a Letter of Intent with Strathcona/Sentinal Solar whereby it agrees to pay full cost of csmtract acquisition plus 10% for any and all projects which Energie Kapuskasing Energy/Solaire Kapuskasing Solar selects to not proceed with.
