THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KAPUSKASING

BY-LAW NO. 3110

Being a by-law to amend certain by-laws with respect to fees charged for licences, for the processing of applications made in respect of planning matters and other fees.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Kapuskasing is empowered to pass by-laws to license, regulate and govern businesses, pursuant to Part IV of the Municipal Act, S. 0. 2001, as amended;

AND WHEREAS Sections 390 to 400 of the Municipal Act, S. 0. 2001 , as amended , enables municipalities to pass by-laws for imposing fees and charges for permits and services provided or done by them;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend certain by-laws with respect to licence fees, other fees and charges and for the processing of applications made with respect to planning matters;

NOW THEREFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF KAPUSKASING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. That Section "A" , as attached, forms part of this By-Law and is hereby adopted.

2. That By-Law No. 3037 is hereby repealed.

3. This By-Law shall be deemed to have come into force and take effect on January 1, 2010.
