Far too often, we hear people say that a Keto, paleo or low carb diet is about consuming fat. This is simply not true. Low carb is about avoiding high glycemic carbohydrates. I’ve made it totally simple to access my coaching from anywhere in the world. I am available for phone and video conference appointments, so you can speak to me from your home or your gym. I also offer in-person sessions in NYC and in the Central New Jersey area.

My nutrition advice is based on whole and nutrient-dense foods. Before you begin, it’s important to understand that while I will provide you with the tools you need to succeed, you won’t see results unless you follow what I teach you.
