Go to the Google AdWords website and sign in with your Google account
Click on Tools/Keyword Planner
Click on ‘Search for new keyword and ad group ideas’

Type in a search word and specify other things if you want to
Click on keyword ideas It will tell you how many searches there are approx. per month and if the competition is low, medium or high

Underneath that you will see suggestions You should look for at least 1,000 searches a month and low or medium competition
