Questions 3-4: Number Sense
• Provide students with counters or any available manipulative
• Tell student to write the number 0• If students write incorrect number, correct him or her before
continuing to the next question
• Tell the student - “Show me 0 counters.”• Repeat with the numbers19
Note: If student writes a single digit backwards, it is still counted as correct.
