A mere 44 days into 2009 and 134 Distributors have qualified for the Caribbean, plus the first winners of the Vauxhall Corsa are through. So far,we like 2009 immensely, but we have a very strong feeling that this is just the start of the success.

Why?

Well, in this week’s EWB we announce the Autumn Destination criteria! Yes, another fabulous destination is just around the corner and it’sexclusively for you, as a Kleeneze Distributor, to take advantage of. It’s the ideal stepping stone onto Cape Town as well. To qualify for Autumnnot only means you’ll be half way to qualifying for the Spring Destination, your income will automatically increase and you’ll have a five starholiday experience to share with your team members – one that you’ll never forget.

Of course, you don’t need us to tell you what goals you should be aiming for – you’re already well on your way to achieving them. While Britainand some parts of Ireland practically shut down in the wake of the snow storms over the past couple of weeks, you were still out there buildingyour businesses, achieving your objectives and basically being an amazingly unstoppable force!

So, your retailing hasn’t slowed down despite the recession and adverse weather conditions. It should be applauded. However, we’ve decided togo one step further, as we think it should be REWARDED! The Retail Challenge that proved so successful at the end of last year is back and witheven more prizes than ever, (see page 3). There’s nothing like the promise of prizes to keep us nice and warm in these sub-zero temperatures!

Anyway, we hope you enjoy this week’s bumper EWB and find it packed full of motivation to keep you going for another week. Please keepsending us in your stories: [email protected].

2009 and the sails are officially up!

13.02.09 Issue 06 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN

Wednesday (11 February) saw the secondhugely successful event of the Gold Rushinitiative. Gold Distributors from all over thecountry came together for Gold Rush II andreceived valuable training from the likes ofSilver Senior Executive Distributor Geoff andFiona Webb and Gold Senior ExecutiveDistributor Gavin Scott on how to take thatincredibly important step up the sales plan.

However, this particular event was especiallyexciting as we were about to find out which Gold Distributors would be destined to take a place on Club Med 2 to cruise around the Caribbean.

All the Distributors needed to do was to achieve 24% Volume Profit between Periods 11 and 1 and attend the New Year Showcase to receive agolden ticket to be entered into the Caribbean draw. Then, every time a new Distributor with a minimum of 400 Bonus Points was sponsored, another golden ticket would be entered into the draw.

We had a staggering number of golden tickets in the draw on Wednesday, but only 10 Distributorships could win the prize. Or that’s what theythought! On the day, we actually drew some bonus winners too. And here are the results:

Everyone loves a bargain and now we’re firmly in the grip of the recession, people seem to be going morebananas for bargains than ever before. However, this has had a downside and thanks to everyone wantingour great-priced, great products, the New Year Sale Catalogue has proved to be alittle TOO successful!

Due to this success, we’ve created a second edition of the New Year Sale Catalogue.Issue 2 will have 16 pages of products, some from the New Year Sale Issue 1,and other products from across our range. Issue 2 will be available in relevant RetailKits from Friday. As the printing for this issue was unforseen, we have only beenable to print a limited amount and it will not be available as a single pack item atthis time.

BLACKPOOL!!!!!!!

Ok, maybe not. Hopefully not. I mean, the Conference organisers have been known to dupe usin the past. Remember Skegness (Marrakech)? Coventry (Vienna)? Oh well, we’re sure we’llhave a good time wherever they take us. And we do like a bit of candy floss and a donkeyride…in October…

Anyway, you know in your heart of hearts that this is a Destination YOU need to be on. You’veseen the video diaries from Vienna, you’ve heard the stories. These events are unlike anythingelse. If anyone ever doubted that this business rewards hard work, they need only look toward AndrewBuxton and Laura Kelly. Over the past 12 months, the pair has qualified for Vienna and the CaribbeanCruise, won the Distributor Challenge Trophy and qualified at Silver Executive Distributor level. Now to adda bit more icing, on their already very-well iced cake, they’ve won the first of ten Vauxhall Corsas!

“When the fabulous Corsa incentive wasannounced at the January Showcase in2008, we knew that if we continued tofocus on our teams goals and support theirachievements and aspirations, we could beeligible to go for it! We are fortunate tohave two vehicles (although Andy's isapproaching antique status with over aquarter of a million miles on the clock! GeoffWebb says it is held together with balingtwine, but this is not true…it’s Araldite).

We are incredibly excited and grateful to Kleeneze who yet again have providedus with yet another fabulous incentive to help us grow our business and this onewith a really practical economical purpose.... it is wide enough and long enoughto carry a 3.4 metre window washer isn’t it?!”

Fancy following in Andrew and Laura’s footsteps andmaking this year your best to date? Well, the advicefrom all the top leaders is to make sure you get tothe meetings. Nowhere beyond the BirminghamShowcases will you find such a mix of motivation, training and inspiration to keep you on track toachieve your goals.

Life seemed to grind to a halt this month as snow, ice and generalsub-zero temperatures led to chaos throughout the country. Schoolsclosed, flights were cancelled and British economy reportedly suffered£3billion in lost productivity.

However, as the country battled on with the worst snowstorms for 18years, there was snow way Distributors were giving up!

“Here we are delivering catalogues around ourhome village of Cogenhoe in Northampton. We've just had our best period so far reaching18% for the first time since joining at the end ofJuly 2008, thanks to our growing team.”

Sue and Tony Mincher, Silver Distributors

“We thought you might like to see a picture of our newest distributor! We woke up to more snow than I’ve seen for many years and the localroads hadn’t been gritted so going out early to collect our catalogueswas out of the question. We couldn’t even get out of our drive! Ourdaughter’s school was closed so we decided to have a fun morningwith her.

The normal business world just doesn’t giveyou that kind of flexibility. When I was in anormal job I would have had to struggle into work no matter what. Kleeneze gives methe luxury of deciding when I do my work.We still got our books in and hit our bonustarget because of it. We just waited untilthe afternoon when the roads had improved a bit. Just one morereason why Kleeneze is the best business to be in.”

Colin and Sarah Ashdown, Silver Distributors

“I have to say this is probably the most snow I have ever seen in thiscountry in my life. It’s exceptional – truly a winter wonderland. Somany people were out playing, taking advantage of the snow and thefun to be had. Why is it, though, that so many cannot go to work andyet get to the park to play?!

I know the answer – passion. I have to compliment you for havingpassion about your business, passion about your income, passionabout your future and passion to achieve what you need financiallyfrom your Kleeneze business. Evidently, not even a mass of snow willstop you from achieving your goals.”

Craig White, Premier Executive Distributor

“While the snow came down in Bristol, I thoughtit would be a great opportunity to use the‘captive audience’ it has created! My customerscouldn’t have had much to do at home, as mostof them were snowed in, so I got my warm gearon, and walked around with my catalogues. I’mexpecting a bigger order when I go to pick themup, that’s if I can find them!”

Andrew Ridley, Bronze Executive Distributor

“The schools might close, the buses might stayin their depots but the Kleeneze Distributordoesn’t let a little blizzard get in the way ofcollecting his catalogues.

“We had a lot of fun in the snow and ourcustomers were very surprised to see usconsidering the weather was so bad. It took us

a bit longer to get the catalogues in because they had very kindly keptthem in their homes so we had to knock for them. BONUS! Drycatalogues. AND a good pick up! We love this business.”
