The Student Success Center provides services that assist students to succeed academically. Services include Adult Basic Education/GED, Student Support Services, and the Student Success Center Computer Lab. Students may receive free tutoring from professional math and English specialists, supplemental lab instruction, proctored testing services, GED test preparation, and LCC placement testing.

EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES

The primary goal at LCC is learning! We have first-rate programs featuring the latest technologies. Our average class size is 12 students. Unlike universities, where courses are taught by graduate assistants, all of LCC’s faculty are experienced and certified in their academic fields. Our faculty care about their students and their students’ academic endeavors.LCC enrollment eligibility for incoming students is unlike most other colleges. LCC allows any individual who has graduated from an accredited high school or received a GED (General Educational Diploma) to be accepted for admission! This open enrollment policy means that students are not required to have any type of test placement score (ACT/SAT) prior to being accepted as a student.**Some specific courses require placement testing.

CONVENIENCE

At LCC we strive to make college affordable for everyone! Most full-time and part-time students qualify for financial aid. Complete your education at nearly 1/2 the cost or of universities! For more information or to apply for Financial Aid, check out our website at www.labette.edu.

Scholarships, grants, work study, and student loans are available for eligible students to help finance your college education.
