Keluarga
Sosial : kehilangan (kematian) pasangan, saudara teman-teman.

keperawatan Mencari upaya semaksimal mungkin
-
5 Tugas Keluarga Mampu mengenal masalah kesehatan Mampu mengambil keputusan untuk melakukan
tindakan Mampu melakukan perawatan terhadap anggota
keluarga yg sakit Mampu menciptakan/memodifikasi lingkungan
yg dapat meningkatkan kesehatan Mampu memanfaatkan fasilitas kesehatan yg
terdapat di lingkungan setempat.
-
4 intervensi utama perawat kelg : pencegahan primer, sekunder, tersier, direct care.
- Primer : pro aktif mencegah stresor, mempermudah mendapatkan fasilitas kesehatan
- Sekunder : screening, vaksinasi --pencegahan/deteksi awal timbulnya penyakit
- Tersier : rehabilitasi - Direct care : bekerja sama dgn keluarga
untuk menyembuhkan
-
SELF CARE
-
Fokus keperawatan self care
Aspek Interpersonal : Hubungan didalam keluarga
-
Terapi Modalitas
Modality : the application of a form of energy to the body that elicits an involuntary response
Therapeutic : having healing/solving properties
-
Hipertensi
-
Epidemiologi
-
Classification
-
Faktor-faktor utama yg mempengaruhi Tekanan darah
-
Patogenesis
Faktor resiko yg mendorong kenaikan tekanan darah.
Kerusakan organ-organ target yg umum ditemui: 1. Jantung: hipertrofi ventrikel kiri, infark miokard atau angina, gagal jantung 2. Otak: Stroke, TIA (transient ischemic attack) 3. Penyakit ginjal kronik 4. Penyakit arteri perifer 5. Retinopati
-
Faktor-faktor resiko penyakit kardiovaskuler: 1. Hipertensi 2. Merokok 3. Obesitas 4. Kurangnya aktifitas fisik 5. Dislipidemia: (kolesterol, LDL, trigliserid) tinggi
dan HDL rendah 6. Diabetes Mellitus 7. Mikroalbuminuria atau LFG < 60 ml/mt 8. Umur (Laki-laki > 55 th, dan perempuan 65 th) 9. Riwayat keluarga dengan penyakit
kardiovaskuler prematur (laki-laki < 55 th dan perempuan < 65 th)
-
Pengobatan
Tujuan: 1. Target tekanan darah: < 140/90 mmHg,

-
Beberapa bahan Aromaterapi
1. Cendana 2. Lemon 3. Jasmine 4. Mawar 5. Green tea 6. Lavender 7. Pine
-
Cara penggunaan
1. Inhalasi 2. Pijat 3. Kompres 4. Berendam
-
Mekanisme Kerja
Aromaterapi -- bau -- masuk rongga hidung --ditangkap syaraf olfaktori epitelium -- pusat penciuman -- sistem limbik -- hipotalamus --mempengaruhi emosi -- rileks
Penghirupan -- masuk paru-paru -- molekul aromatik diserap sistem sirkulasi -- diserap tubuh -- relaksasi sel-sel dan otot-otot
-

Deciding whether to use cold or heat
Questions : 1. Does the body area feel warm to the touch? 2. Is the injured area still sensitive to light to moderate touch? 3. Does the amount of swelling continue to increase over time? 4. Does swelling increase during activity? 5. Does pain limit the joints range of motion? 6. Would you consider the acute inflammation process to still
be active? 7. Does the patient continue to display improvement with the
use of cold modalities?
If all the answer are no ! use heat modalities If the number of yes answers increases ! indication to use cold
