    Consistently identify potential niche markets.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    At least 2 - 5 years experience in professional advertising. An expert level of knowledge in advertising and marketing

    B.S. in Communications, Marketing, or related disciplinepreferred.

    Scope of Position:

    LBI is always open to hiring Data Entry Ad Posting Technicians. Dataentry professionals in the United States and internationally areinstrumental and vital members of the LBI Professional Team as theseprofessionals keep LBIs brand and company recognition expandingcontinually.     LBI Executive Human Resource Training &Management

    Scope of Position:

    This person will be an integral member of the LBI HumanResource Training Team and will support the LBI HumanResource Training Team in building sustainable departmentalcapability in targeting, hiring, training and retaining highquality Executives, Professionals and Technicians. Thesuccessful prospective Executive Human ResourceTrainer/Manager must be able to handle multiple priorities and

    work collaboratively. The HR Trainer/Manager will consistentlyconfer with LBI Headquarters Operations Training Managers.Due to the nature of the job, candidates must be able to workindependently.

The Assistant Director will be a confident leader who willboth promote and challenge ideas, as well as integrate researchknowledge and data into the decision making process. He or she willmodel the organizational principles of intellectual curiosity, innovation,and integrity.

    The Director will be responsible for developing strategies, which utilizeLBIs revenue-generating products, services and LBI Feed the WorldSet-Aside Budget to greatly enhance statewide, countrywide andglobal hunger-freedom initiatives. Director will provide strategicleadership and conceptual direction to all LBI Feed the World regionalconsultants to ensure that LBIs Feed the World Initiative continues itsgrowth, advances its mission and leadership position, and deepens itssocial impact. The Director will develop and implement a research and

    programmatic agenda, as well as set operational goals that can bemeasured and evaluated. He or she will be responsible for developingprograms in communities, schools, churches, shelters and othersettings that contribute to achieving the mission of making systemicchange to end hunger. This LBI departments key initiatives include:

    Making emergency food accessible to those who wouldotherwise go hungry

    Educating, mobilizing, and empowering people through LBI Feedthe World avenues of action to be developed and proposed byDirector.

    Developing and promoting innovative and sustainable solutionsto end hunger in communities, states, the country andultimately the world.

    Advocating, in strategic partnership with others working toestablish freedom from hunger across the America and theworld.

    Helping food banks, food drives and soup kitchens increaseresources and revenues.

    Making the LBI Feed the World Program appreciated by andaccessible to known organizations such as Feed the Children,

    World Vision, UNICEF, etc.

    Responsibilities:

    Formulate the critical research and programmatic agenda thatwill further LBIs Feed the World Initiative mission and goals to

    integrate emergency and preventive strategies to end hunger.

    Organize and lead senior management meetings to monitorprogress against the agenda.

    Create and oversee internally- and externally-generated

    research projects with a focus on outcome-based results. Oversee all programmatic work (with direct and indirect

    responsibility for a team of 30+ individuals) to coordinate andunite evidence-based programs, communityinitiatives/engagement, and grant making. Strive to have thevarious program areas mutually reinforce each other.

    Promote innovation and pioneer approaches across theorganization; help staff develop and connect new ideas andcutting edge information.

    Strengthen and develop comprehensive management tools to

    quantify performance against goals and institutionalize systemsfor obtaining and reporting metrics.

    Work closely with the senior leadership team to recruit, developand retain high-performing team members: provide clarityaround roles, facilitate effective team dynamics and increasecross-departmental collaboration.

    Build and sustain certain external stakeholder relationships thatsupport Project Breads programmatic work.

    Support programmatic fundraising, in collaboration with othersenior managers, including seeking and sustaining opportunitieswith public and private funders.

    Lead organization-wide budget and planning process in closecollaboration with Project Breads Business Office.

    Oversee certain administrative functions including contracts andoffice property ownership.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    At least 5 years experience in Non-profit Administration.

    An expert level of knowledge in Fundraising and CommunityOutreach.

    B.S. or B.A. in related field.

    Must be able to manage competing demands, accept criticismand constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable andflexible.

    Excellent project management, writing, and oral communicationskills are required.
