LEAD ORDER PROCESS

In order to provide the best service to your agents, we have developed a simple lead ordering process to facilitate the large number of orders that are being requested. Below are the following steps in our process that allows us all to better serve the agents that are partnering with us on this incredible opportunity. • Monumental Solutions lead order:

o Agent expresses interest in the Monumental Solutions Lead Program by notifying their National Independent Marketing Organization (IMO).

o If not appointed, first step is to get producer appointed with Monumental Life. o National IMO provides Program Overview and Solutions Lead Packet to agent. o Agent completes Agent Information – Lead Order form and returns to their National IMO. o Using the lead program web site, National IMO will make a preliminary confirmation that

there are a sufficient number of people in the selected area to meet the agent’s production goals. Monumental Lead Program Liaison provides information to access web site.

o National IMO sends order form to their National Program Coordinator (NPC). o Agent completes Credit Card Authorization form and faxes it directly to Monumental. o NPC reviews and forwards order to Monumental Life.

• Orders may be placed for a cycle of up to 90 days. • First Time or New Agent Orders must be received at Monumental by Wednesday, 5 PM ET to be

mailed on Thursday of the following week. • Subsequent or Repeat Orders must be received at Monumental by Monday, 3 PT ET to be mailed on

Thursday of the following week. • Monumental validates demographics and available area – refines as necessary with NPC and the

National IMO. o Mailers will be limited to no more than 10,000 per month without documentation of past

production success. o Large monthly orders will be broken down into 2-3 mailers during the month in order to

maintain fresh leads and a steady flow of returned leads. • Monumental processes order and notifies agent, National IMO and NPC.

o Email is sent with Log-in instructions and order confirmation. • Mailers will typically be slightly less than number ordered (vary by no more than 5%) due to

“scrubbing” for duplicate addresses. The agent will only be charged for the actual pieces mailed. • Monumental processes credit card and notifies agent of amount of charge via email. • Monumental approves mailing and the leads are mailed to prospective households. • Agents download and print returned lead cards from web as they are posted. • Monumental provides monthly report to National IMO and respective NPCs of sales per mailer and

lead card returned to monitor agent's progress. • Production of $100 net annualized placed premium (NAPP) or more per lead card returned, quality of

business and good standing with Monumental are required to maintain an active status in the program. • Advance orders are subject to cancellation if production requirements are not being met. • Leads provide the opportunity to start a conversation regarding a prospect’s insurance needs. As such,

there is not a “bad lead” credit process. Monumental does not provide credit for any lead. All leads are provided “as is” with no guarantees.

   1.  On the Home screen, click on “Lead Counts”  

 

  2. Here is where you will select the parameters for your lead count.     

  

3. Begin by selecting the state.  (By clicking on this box, you can skip putting in any counties or zip codes and run the count for the entire state with only your specific demographics.)  4. The counties will automatically update and you will be able to choose several. (Once you run the report, the Lead Count will be broken down by county, city, zip code and number of Leads.)  5.  You can also choose specific zip codes, though it is not necessary if you just want to run a general Lead Count. 

 Please note that all Lead Order Forms must include Zip Codes only.  We will not be able to process orders for mailers that refer to counties or cities. If you are unsure of zip codes, by entering  the  county name  the  system will display  zip  code numbers  for  the  respective counties.  See sample in instruction number 10.

6. You may also choose to mail to any gender or both. (“Both” is suggested). 

 7.  The next selection is the age range. You may choose any number from 45 – 85.  The suggested range is from 55 – 80. 

 8.  The income range can also be adjusted.  There are several allowable increments, ranging from $0 ‐ $75,000.   

  

 9. Finally, you may click on “Run Report” or “Open in Excel”.  The larger the population, the longer it will take for the file to appear.  If you click to “Open in Excel” you may then copy and paste the web file into your Excel worksheet and manipulate it as you wish. 

 10. The counts will appear in a format similar to the screen shot below:

     1.  On the Home screen, click on “Retrieve Lead Cards” 

        

2. On the next screen, select how many lead card images you would like to view per PDF file.  

3. Choose a Date Range  

You may view 10, 25, or 50 leads at a time. Note that larger files take longer to open. If you choose 50, it may take longer, please be patient.   “Date Range” refers to the date the lead card was received and scanned. You can enter one day…or a date range. 

Lead cards are scanned everyday and post to this site immediately!    

 4.  Click “Get Leads,” wait for the leads to upload, and then click on the  link(s) and a PDF will open with all your lead card images.   IMPORTANT: This PDF will open in Explorer, but uses Adobe Reader. If you don’t have some version of Adobe, you can download it at: http://get.adobe.com/reader

       The images may initially appear enlarged and somewhat blurry. In the tool bar above the image, you can adjust the magnification %. (See arrow). A magnification of 75% or 100% works best. 

You may also choose to save the PDF to your computer.  Select “File” in your main tool bar and choose “Save As”.   Print your images. The front and back of each individual lead card will print on one page.   Your lead card images will remain available to you on this site for 45 days from the date it was received.
