Term and Condition:

• 10% of Tax fee will be charged to client

• SMI will provide Program Design, Trainer & Coach laptop, laser pointer, written training material

(module book-master handsout), others training material, certificate of attendance,

facilitator/guest speaker, additional Training crew,and training report.

• Client will provide name tag, registration/attendance list, training venue, LCD Projector, LCD

screen, flipchart, whiteboard, board marker, sound system, consumptions, and any other

standard facilities relevant to support the training program.

• Clients will provide award / gift for training participants (If any)

• Client will provide standard transportation and accommodation for facilitator/guest speaker and

crew to sites

• Term of Payment :

• 50% before implementation

• 35% after three Month Implementation

• 15% After Project Reporting

• Payment By Transfer to Sukses Mulia Insani, Bank Mandiri 1570003998763

• This term and condition, including non-disclosure agreement (if necessary), will be detailed

further and incorporated in a written contractual agreement signed
