ENTRY
Parent-Child Lessons (6 months - 3years)
Kids will become comfortable putting their face in the water, blowing bubbles, floating, kicking, and building confidence in the water.
Students will continue to refine front crawl and backstroke with the endurance to swim 2 lengths of the pool, and be able to swim the breaststroke proficiently for 1 length. Diving and underwater swimming technique is developed.
The Fish class continues to build one’s endurance to swim up to 2 lengths of breaststroke and 4 lengths of front crawl & backstroke. Students will be challenged to complete 1 full length of the butterfly. Flip turns will be introduced.
Students will master all flip turns, open turns, and racing starts. To be a Flying Fish, the student must be proficient in all 4 competitive strokes. They should be able to swim 4 lengths of the pool using the front crawl & backstroke.
This class is a way to introduce your infant or toddler to the water for the first time! This class focuses on having fun in the water, basic safety skills, and parent-tot teamwork through songs and games.

Breaststroke kick will be introduced. Students will demonstrate basic breath control and be able to swim front and back crawl strokes proficiently for 1 length of the pool.
Students will refine their front crawl and backstroke, swimming without assistance. They will be able to rollover, kick, and swim while maintaining forward progression.
• EEL
• RAY
• GUPPY Students will refine their front crawl and backstrokes, be able to swim 1 length of the pool, and tread water for 1 minute. They should be able to rollover and streamline kick without assistance.
• PIKE
Kids will become comfortable putting their face in the water, blowing bubbles, floating, streamline kicking, and building confidence in the water.
• POLLIWOG
SUPER POLLIWOG students should be able to perform rhythmic bobs, float & kick without aid, and maintain a constant forward motion in the water. They will be able to swim front crawl & backstroke for 1/2 the length of the pool.
SUPER PIKE students will learn horizontal body positioning and streamline kicking. They will develop independent floating, kicking, and constant forward motion. Students should be able to submerge their face in the water, blow bubbles, and follow class instruc-tions.
• FLYING FISH
This class is for parent/child teams that have some experience in the water and are seeking more challenges in water adjustment. Children should be comfortable submerging and floating, with some help from the parent or instructor.

Adult Swim Lessons
For adult participants of all levels looking to overcome a fear of water, improve their strokes, or train for an event. Basic stroke techniques will be covered.
Masters Swim
Master’s Swim Class is designed for swimmers to train in all four competitive strokes. A workout is given each class that includes kicking sets, drills, and endurance swims. Your Master’s Swim Coach will work with you to achieve your personal goals: training for a competitive event, maintaining stroke development, and keeping a regular workout routine.

ORCA SWIM TEAM
The Orca Swim Team is a competitive, friendly swim team that specialize in refining skills for competitive swimming. Have fun making new friends, improve swimming skills, build self-esteem, and strong healthy bodies. Swimmers will advance in levels at the coaches’ discretion. Must be Minnow level swimmer or higher. Requires facility member-ship. All potential new team members are required to try out. New swimmers may tryout the last Friday of each month.

Water Exercise Classes JOINTS IN MOTION This self-paced
class focuses on stretching,
bending, reaching, and extending
without any repetitive pounding
exercises of the feet, legs, arms or
hands.
AQUA FLEX This gentle muscle-
strengthening class includes brief
periods of exertion with no
repetitive pounding of extremities.
AI CHI Experience a sense of
balance and relaxation through Tai
Chi in the water. Especially helpful
for people with arthritis and other
joint/muscle-related medical
conditions.
POOL PALS Provides a water
workout with stretching, gloating
on noodles, low-intensity aerobic
exercises, and friendship building.
FLOW MOTION Provides a water
workout with stretching, floating on
noodles, low-intensity aerobic
exercises, and friendship building.
AQUA MOTION A minimum-impact
class dedicated to 40 minutes of
moderate intensity level activity.
Class includes exercises in muscle
strengthening, flexibility and
balance.
HYDRO FIT A great combination of
water exercises in deep and shallow
water. This class will give you a 40-
minute workout and then a cool
down to flex and stretch every
muscle in your body.

FUNQUATICS A vigorous deep-
water workout, designed to

various water exercises and
swimming.
AQUA BURN This class uses the
resistance of the water to improve
cardiovascular fitness, endurance &
flexibility. Exercise in the shallow
and deep water using a variety of
equipment while burning calories
and improving your overall fitness.
AQUA ZUMBA Known as the Zumba
“pool party,” this is an invigorating
workout! Integrating the Zumba
formula and philosophy with tradi-
tional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua
Zumba blends it all together into a
safe, challenging, water-based
workout that’s cardio conditioning,
body-toning, & most of all,
exhilarating beyond belief.
