Team ContributionsPlease consider the following when providing individual and team feedback on contributions made to the assignment.

1) Based on the contributions and collaboration for this assignment, should all team members get the same grade? If not, who should get a different grade (higher or lower) and why? Yes, I believe all team members should receive the same grade. The team worked well together in deciding what company to use for the assignment, along with the service or product approach we should take. Each team members portions were submitted to the team forum in a timely fashion to allow Marinela time to compile the portions and fit into one flowing paper for submission.

2) What value you did you add to the completed product? How does that compare to your teammates? Each team member was active in team discussions in deciding which company to use. No one, in my opinion, pulled more weight than another team member. Each team member communicated their opinions in a timely manner.

3) What can you, personally, do to improve future team collaborations? I could think more outside of the box in terms of suggestions to offer the team.

*Please review the Learning Team Collaboration Guide on the next page for a description of the expectations for each category.
