Closed rooftop solar deals worth USD 3 Million with marquee customers in the Automobile, Textile and Education sectors.

Spearheaded and led the solar business segment for an Electrical EPC company and generated turnover of USD 1 Million in the first year of business.

Product Development

Identified and helped develop a product specifically for the unorganized and BoP brick kiln segment in India, which apart from improving their living standards, also provided them with access to a clean-fuel replacement to the existing coal. The material developed in this case was a solid biofuel prepared using lingo-cellulosic biomass materials, specifically designed to meet the high temperature requirements of this market segment.

Project Management and Execution

Successfully carried out farm trials on drip irrigation for rice crop in Punjab. Identified significant potential in preventing fertilizer overdosing as well as managing resources like industrial waste water and saving energy.

Integrated Agni’s large scale biomass supply chain collection systems with Information Technology to optimize on the utilization of resources like fuel, vehicles, storage areas and human resources.

Established the use of Agni’s organic waste streams into commodities like crop-specific organic soil amendments and construction material, in order to create CSR opportunities for Agni.

Market Research Prepared 100 TPD food waste to energy conceptualization report for Delhi.
