COMPANY HISTORY

1991 LEMIS Baltic was founded, as a development and manufacturing company of measuring equipment

1992 The development of LEMIS Baltic first density meter D921 (for on-situ density measurements - inside the tanks)

1994 Serial production of second generation density meters DM-230

2002 LEMIS Baltic became an ISO 9001:2000 certified company2003 Development and starting of serial production of laboratory

density meters Di-series2004 Development and starting of serial production of industrial

density meters DC-series2005 ATEX certification of the Company2007 Expand manufacturing facility2008 LEMIS India branch office opening; new testing & calibration

laboratory opening in Latvia, EU 2009 LEMIS USA branch opening; new age of meters production,

such as DC-30, MFM-50, DLG-400, DM-250 SERIES and many others…

ü Cylinder shape has symmetric geometry

ü Repeatable mechanical manufacturing

ü Repeatable metal structureü Low own mass of the sensorü Washed on either side by

measured liquid eliminates pressure effect

ü Allows both density and viscosity measurement

ü Ni-Span-C material offering low temperature expansion factor

Resonant tube advantages

PORTABLE METERS

Portable meters are best suited for liquid parametersmeasurements directly in the storage or process tanks (up to 30 meters depth). Instead, the sensor are submersed at any required level and record spot liquid characteristics.

Calibration

Calibration of LEMIS process is

performed in-house according

ISO9001:2000 quality

assurance program by using

calibration materials that are

traceable to national standards.

In-house calibration and testing

is performed specified

dedicated calibration protocol

for every standard model of the

sensor. For most applications,

on-site calibration is generally

not required. LEMIS process

sensors allows simple, switch-

and-go field installation.

Advantages

Continuous measurements

Easy cleaning

High accuracy

Simple installation

Suitable for very viscous liquids

Wide range of applications
