Choosing a Template and Editing

Scroll through the templates and when you have found what you are looking for click edit

Alternatively chose the blank templates to start from scratch.

Altering parameters

When you hover over an option on a menu you should be able to see an impression of what it will look like.

If you are happy with the option click OK.

Editing Images• If you click on an existing image you can change various

settings. Some images are contained within a slideshow where as others are just static images.

Editing Images• If you click Organise images you can change the images within a slideshow

to your own images by “adding images”

Editing Images• You can also change the order by clicking and dragging them between

each other or you can label your images for organisation.

Editing ImagesClicking on change settings allows you to alter a variety of settings for the slideshow gallery such as how the image is displayed and what happens when it is clicked, you can also alter the size of the gallery.

animation style of slideshow contained within an gallery pane.

Editing static images• There are a few

differences between a static image and a slideshow. Static images allow you to animate how it appears on the page.

• Link to allows you to hyperlink the image to another page on your website or another link.

Clicking the + icon allows you to add an image or a gallery which is a slideshow of images

Once you have uploaded your images you can also edit your image if you click on the image options pop up.

You can then change the options to edit your image.

Once your image is added to the page you can drag the edges to resize or drag the handles to crop it

Saving and Publishing

At the top of your Wix page is save and publish.

Save will allow you to return to your website and edit it but will not publish it for the world to see

Publishing allows you to make your website live, effectively you are finalising your website.
