Must demonstrate swimming abilities from Starfish Preschool Level 1 or pass the Exit Skills Assessment. Children will learn: bobbing, front and back glides, treading water using arms and leg action and other American Red Cross swimming techniques. Gold Fish: 3 to 5 years of age Preschool Level 3 helps children increase proficiency and provides additional guided practice with increased distance and time. Must demonstrate swimming abilities from Jellyfish Preschool Level 2 or pass the Exit Skills Assessment. Children will learn: front, jellyfish and tuck floats, change direction of travel while swimming on front and back and other American Red Cross swimming techniques. Angel Fish: 6 to 12 years of age Learn to Swim Level 1 teaches basic skills and water safety.
