The building has also shown itself to be very functional, the owners both having had worked from home at one point or another. Surrounding this spacious area is the breath-taking countryside and green-belt space, with some of the most spectacular views of pasture and forest the midlands has to offer.

The property is situated off Watling Street and is well shielded by a variety of mature trees to the front; there is a large fore garden with a variety of hedging and fencing. The property has a horseshoe shaped in and out driveway via electric gates. Screened from the main house is the LPG tank. The gardens themselves provide attractive views of the front elevations of Lilbourne Furze House; there are two large outbuildings, one of which is of a corrugated metal construction with an up and over electric door which provides parking or storage for 5 vehicles. The current owner is a classic car enthusiast and as such has ample storage. This could favour anybody with similar interests. To the left of the main house is a large timber storage shed which offers excellent storage for garden machinery.

Market Harborough

A picturesque market town on the Northamptonshire Leicestershire boarder, Market Harborough was built upon a junction of both road and rail. Though the A6 road now bypasses the town it remains a hub of activity with a wide variety of services and activities,

to suit all needs.

With many beautiful buildings dating back as far as the 1300’s the town is alive with culture. The grey stone steeple of St Dionysius Church dominates the centre of the town, alongside
