DELEGATE GUIDEBOOK
WHAT IS LDC?THE LOCAL DIRECTORS’ CONFERENCE (LDC)
IS THE FIRST LOCAL CONFERENCE OF AIESEC ADMU IN THE TERM 1617.
THE CONFERENCE AIMS TO EQUIP YOU
WITH THE NECESSARY SKILLS TO LEAD YOUR RESPECTIVE TAMS AND AID IN THE
DEVELOPMENT OF YOUR MEMBERS. ALSO MORE IMPORTANTLY, WE WILL BE
PLANNING THE YEAR AHEAD, SO WE’RE ALL READY TO ACHIEVE OUR GOALS, EXCEL
AND CREATE A LASTING IMPACT IN THE LC AND THE COUNTRY AS A WHOLE
“GreeAngs! Welcome to our first ever Local Directors Conference! To some, this may be the first ever conference you’ve a<ended. To others, it may be the nth ?me already. But for everyone, this is one of the most important conferences for this term. The reason I say this is because whatever happens in LDC will determine how our LC will be as we take our first steps towards achieving our ambi?on. I know that there are a lot of uncertain?es right now. I know that the job can seem daun?ng and in?mida?ng. But know that we are always here to help and support you. So I encourage you that in this conference ask as much ques?ons and voice out all the concerns you have so that by the end of it all, you are ready for the upcoming cycle. Make the most out of this experience because this is going to be your springboard towards having a great cycle! “Inspire To Ignite” is a dream that was made for the welfare of this organiza?on and the succeeding genera?ons. It is a dream that seeks to ins?ll that purposeful leadership unto others which is “Peace and Fulfillment of Humankind's Poten?al.” More importantly, in that purposeful leadership, we seek to ignite that drive unto others spreading like wildfire. This dream can only be done if it is alive in every member. It won’t mean anything without you because it all starts with us. So make the most out of this experience! Learn well and trust the process. Again, welcome to LDC!
