Foot Hockey is played on a hard surface (Los Alisos plays on the basketball courts)

Players can use their sticks to pass the puck to teammates
Players can use their sticks to shoot the puck into the opposing team’s net
Foot Hockey Game Play Rules Players may not hold the
puck in their hands
Players must use ONLY their stick to redirect the puck (do not use feet to kick the puck)
If puck goes out of bounds (sidelines/endlines), the play is stopped and the other team gets the puck to pass back in bounds.
Players must hold onto the hockey stick with two hands

Play is stopped if the goal is knocked out of position
