Location: PA, USA Distribution Center Timing: November, 2012 Incident: Employee Theft of Pills A single employee was opening prescription drug packages and removing bottles containing Norcotm and Vicodintm before shipping to pharmacies. A complaint filed about the missing drugs by one of their customers led to him being caught by security. The Employee was reprimanded, but caught shortly thereafter removing pharmaceuticals from the premises.
