• We are representing M/s. Qingdao Jieneng Power Station (QJPS) China

from the year 2004, for supply of TG sets ranging from 5MW to 60MW

and its auxiliaries on turnkey basis in India and African countries. Since

then we have supplied & commissioned more than 63 machines (about

1085 MW in total).

• We are also representing M/s. Shanghai Turbine Works Co. Ltd., (STWC)

China for the supply, Erection and commissioning, Testing and Servicing

of TG sets ranging from 60 MW to 250 MW in India.

About Low Parameter TG set for WHRB plants

• Specialized in design engineering and supply of low inlet steam parameter and

injection type turbines.

• Supplied TG sets to cement, sugar, steel and other process industries with low

inlet steam parameter and injection type.

• Turbine is designed with modular concept with LP blades of specially designed

to cater the low inlet parameter for better efficiency and longitivity.

• The low speed machine bearing sizes are bigger, so it can operate with out any

problem with a vast variation of inlet steam parameters.

• The low speed machines are more rugged and heavier with less vibrations.

• The speed of Turbine and Generator are 3000 rpm, hence no Gear box is

required.

• Less noise level and no Gear box losses (Mechanical).

• Lower the speed, lesser the wear and tear.

• The time taken between overhauling is more.

• Number of Bearings are reduced in 3000 rpm machine i.e. only 4 No’s as against

8 No’s for high speed machine. Hence spares maintenance will be simple.

• Main oil pump is directly mounted on the shaft and run at 3000 rpm. Therefore

trouble free operation(for higher rpm, the oil pump is driven by gear train which

is susceptible to give problems).
