EDITORIAL Welcome to the 41st and last issue of UFO Monthly.com. As you can see from the cover, UFO Monthly.com is set to join forces with UFODATA Magazine, a 64 page printed A4 glossy magazine. The full details of the proposed incorporation are discussed at length in the magazine and I give my reasons for closing UFO Monthly.com. This decision has not been taken lightly but it was always my aim that one day this country would once again have a glossy UFO magazine to be proud of. I have been offered the position of co-editor at UFODATA Magazine, an opportunity that was simply too good to miss.

I want to thank all our loyal readers for their support over the years. I hope you will now re-subscribe to UFODATA Magazine and continue with our journey to resurrect British UFOLOGY. GARY HESELTINE

    CONTENTS 4. The circumstances

that led to the closure of UFO Monthly.com.

    6. More anomalous

images taken by George Warner over the Portsmouth area.

    10. A look back at some of the most memorable moments of the magazine during its three and a half year run.

    12. The latest round-up

of UK sightings. 20. A look at the best

of the latest UFO sightings from around the world.

    30. An early article about a mysterious crash in Peru that has since caused various illnesses to people who have ventured near the crater. Was it a meteor I wonder?

    30. A collection of some

of the covers from the magazine over the last three and a half years.

See you in the New Year as part of the re-vamped UFODATA Magazine. Thank you once again for you support over the years. Gary and Valerie.

My dream has always been to see a glossy UFO magazine in print and earlier this year Russel Callaghan and Michael Buckley launched an A4 glossy magazine called UFODATA Magazine. I had hoped that it would be UFO Monthly.com that achieved that goal but in the end it didn’t matter who got there first. What was important was getting such a magazine back into print and whilst UFODATA Magazine is not currently a high street publication it is easily available on subscription via their website. It was against that background that I got a phone call from Russel in the middle of August, just before Valerie and I were due to go on holiday. He asked me to meet with him at the offices of UFODATA Magazine in Kippax, West Yorkshire. A date was set and a few days later we met and it soon became clear that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss the possibility of somehow merging the magazines. Now Russ and I go back around

six years when I used to drop in on him and Graham Birdsall at the offices of UFO Magazine. And it was Russ that I asked to join me at the launch of UFO Monthly.com following the sudden and tragic death of Graham in September 2003 and the closure of UFO Magazine. We launched UFO Monthly.com full of optimism but the reality was that Russ was thinking with his heart and not his head.

Little did he realise that the death of Graham and the end of UFO Magazine had taken its toll on he and his wife Louise who is the daughter of Graham. It was simply too much too soon for his family to get back into the swing of running a new UFO magazine. That was the primary reason for Russel withdrawing from UFO Monthly.com after only the second issue. However UFOs are like a drug, once the subject gets under your skin it is hard to stay away for long and within a year or so Russ found himself being drawn back into the fold. He initially launched a UFO website and then began his own attempts to launch a new printed magazine. It was from those origins that UFODATA Magazine eventually began to take shape. Whilst I had sought to explore the possibility of a nationally printed high street publication and distribution deal Russ and

Michael opted to launch as a subscription based printed magazine. They finally achieved the breakthrough in January 2007 with the launch of their A4 colour 68 page bi-monthly magazine. Russ sent me the first issue and I recall saying to Valerie that I was pleased that the country now had an A4 glossy UFO Magazine back in print. Privately I even speculated that it would now make sense for both magazines to unite for the common good of British Ufology but little did I believe that it would actually happen. I left that first meeting with Russ suddenly contemplating the closure of UFO Monthly.com after some 40 issues, a magazine that I am proud of and will always hold a special place in my heart. So it was against that backdrop that Valerie and I went on holiday. There was much to think about. Russ and I had agreed to have a further exploratory meeting upon our return to the UK. That meeting took place in early September. It was at that meeting that the possibility of a merger (for want of a better word) began to really take shape and the practicalities of such a proposition were discussed. The meeting went well and at its conclusion I agreed in principle to the closure of UFO Monthly.com. Russ had offered me the position of Co-Editor for which I was very flattered. He agreed that UFO Monthly.com would be incorporated into the UFODATA block on the cover

and also agreed to my full involvement in the design and content of the new UFODATA Magazine. We also agreed in principle to work on several documentary projects under the magazine banner. CLOSING UFO MONTHLY.COM Russ had generously offered to transfer my existing subscribers directly to the mailing list of UFODATA Magazine at no cost but tempting though it was I declined the offer. I simply wanted to close UFO Monthly.com in my own way. I wanted to do a last issue special thanking our subscribers for their loyalty over the years. I was also mindful of the way UFO Magazine was suddenly withdrawn from the shelves without a final explanation issue. I knew that its sudden closure had caused a degree of frustration and resentment amongst its readers and I did not want that for UFO Monthly.com. I wanted everything to be transparent and it is in that regard that I promise to refund all outstanding part subscriptions within the next 30 days. This way you will be free to decide if you want to join me at UFODATA Magazine. It will be your choice. Obviously I would urge all of our readers to join me at UFODATA Magazine as we begin a new and exciting chapter in British Ufology but in the end it will be entirely your choice. It is somewhat ironic that Russ and I should re-unite in this new venture after launching

UFO Monthly.com back in April 2004 but the future promises to be exciting so tell all your friends the printed magazine is back. Life is a constantly changing journey and as Jimmy Greaves used to say, “it’s a funny old game,” so game on! You can order it, read it at your leisure or simply carry it in your handbag or briefcase. The printed UFO magazine is well and truly back! I feel proud to have played my part in creating the conditions where a printed A4 glossy magazine has come to fruition. On a final note Valerie and I want to thank you for your invaluable support over the last 41 issues. I have tried to follow the path set by Graham and I think in my own small way I have succeeded and indirectly so have you. We have all played our part in making this new venture a reality. Thank you

once again for your support throughout the years. Remember the truth is already here. See you on the other side! Signing off. It’s been a pleasure. GH.

I have no doubt that some of my readers will be somewhat surprised if not a little stunned to find that this issue will be the very last one but I hope you will understand my reasons for accepting the Co-editorship of UFODATA Magazine. That said I thought that it would be appropriate to look back over the 41 issues and its three and a half year run since its launch in April 2004. With no viable national UFO magazine Russ and I launched UFO Monthly.com in PDF format.

Looking back over the last three and a half years it is surprising how much material we have actually covered. I believe readers want new material and in that regard I think I delivered. Every month the magazine featured what I considered the best new UFO reports from around Britain and

the world and in that regard I have been indebted to two excellent websites - UFOINFO and Brian Vike’s HBCC Research site. These two sites provide excellent, well researched UFO sighting information and I would recommend them to anyone. I also tried to glean the best UFO articles from the myriad of sites on the web and in that vein I found Filer’s Files an invaluable source of information. I became an active UFO researcher by launching the PRUFOS Police Database in 2002 and the magazine has provided an outlet for my continuing research. Many memorable sightings have been highlighted in the magazine i.e. Eric Rayment, Colin Trim, Trevor Blower to name but a few. I have published three annual PRUFOS reports during the magazine’s history and on a future note I am beginning to put together the sixth report which will hopefully appear in the ‘re-vamped’ UFODATA Magazine in the New Year. As time passed several people have become regular contributors to the magazine. In particular I want to thank David Cayton, Eammon Ansbro and more recently George Warner. David Cayton provided many exclusive cases under the guise of ‘Cayton’s cold case files’. David has a vast experience of

the UFO subject, particularly in the areas of Animal Mutilations and Crop Circles. His articles were always well researched and interesting. It was something of a major coup for the magazine when the world famous Irish astronomer Eammon Ansbro (below) agreed to come forward with his pro ETI beliefs and his ongoing attempts to design a UFO camera tracking

system. I have no doubt that his expertise in camera technology will one day provide a breakthrough UFO camera tracking system. Beginning with an article in issue 18 of the magazine George Warner’s bizarre collection of anomalous images began to be aired in public. George has since provided a regular supply of these amazing images—objects he cannot see himself at the time of taking the picture. They only appear in the lens of his three digital cameras. Bizarre.

UFO MONTHLY.COM: LOOKING BACK THROUGH THE YEARS

  • 11

Early on in the magazine’s history I brought you a world exclusive—the Robert Hall Story. Robert’s story is simply incredible—a five year old boy held captive by aliens in wartime Gateshead! Only time prevents me from researching his story further but all my police interview training tells me that there is a real UFO story at its heart. David Cayton provided a world exclusive mutilation case from Argentina in issue 7 of the magazine. The case highlighted cattle mutilations in El Chocon in February 2004 as reported by his friend David’s friend Christopher Shewen. In issue 16 Roy Dutton related his now famous Astronautical Theory (endorsed by Eammon Ansbro) about his system of predicting UFO sightings based on his belief that UFOs follow precise tracking paths around the Earth. Another fascinating article came from a former Captain in the Polish Border guards called Robert Lesniakiewicz (below). He related a series of UFO sightings by polish border guards and police officers (issue 11).

Larry Warren provided an exclusive article ahead of the re-launch of ‘Left at East Gate’ detailing his extraordinary experiences as part of the now famous ‘Rendlesham Forest’ incident.

In issue 16 we brought you another world exclusive—the story of Corporal Tom Clarke (below) and his extraordinary UFO encounter in the Troodos mountains of Cyprus in 1973.

Famous Brazilian researcher A J Gevaerd provided an excellent article about the Varginha incident from 1996 and the tragic death of a police officer who came into contact with one of the captured creatures. There was also a number of military radar exclusives including that of Barry Porter who outlined a classic 1958 radar case in Cyprus. Another radar case involved former RAF serviceman David Johnstone from 1960. The latter case also provided a family link to an incredible close proximity case involving a young mother and her two children as she travelled along a lonely East Coast road near Filey in North Yorkshire. The magazine also provided a regular series of archive UFO

documents along and an occasional series of classic photographs. Sadly during the last three and a half years the magazine reported the sad passing of a number of notable people in UFO history. Namely, John Mack, Gordon Cooper, Admiral Hill-Norton, Graham Sheppard (below) and Robert Taylor. Gone but not forgotten. The magazine also reported on a number of UFO conferences over the years most notably

Betty Meyler’s Irish Conferences (1st and 3rd), the inaugural Paraquest Conference in Manchester in 2005 and the Cornwall event in 2006. Finally the magazine was promoted on several popular UFO websites, namely Crowded Skies, The Why Files and Alien Existence. Thanks for your support. In my own way I’ve tried to provide you with an interesting mix of old and new and all in all it’s been a hell of a ride. I want to thank everyone who contributed to the magazine during its 41 issue run. UFO Monthly.com will always have a special place in my heart and I hope you have enjoyed the magazine. Thank you for reading. GH

UFO SIGHTINGS—UK September 1st 2007 A31 from Bentley towards Alton, Hampshire, England Location: Driving on A31 from Bentley towards Alton, Hampshire, UK Date: Saturday, 09/01/2007, approximately 9-9:30 pm local time. Approach Direction: Travelling Southeast. Departure Direction: Northwest Witness Direction: West Description: While driving home on the A31, Peter first noticed something in the sky off to the left and asked me if I had seen something as well. We pulled off to the side of the road and counted 17 orange/red lights, not flashing, moving across the sky in a type of formation at a steady clip. It was a clear night. They were silent. Someone else must have seen them! Colour/Shape: Orange/Red ... 17 of them ... shaped like upturned commas .. very small ... not flashing ... travelling in semi-formation. Height & Speed: Hard to say ... maybe 100-200 mph ... high in the sky. Update: UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply: Dear John ... We have looked at the balloons website and although it bears some similarity, we still believe they were far too high in the sky and cast off red lights.

I can't imagine why anyone would set off those silly balloons, in any case. Sorry for my delay in writing back but I am now back in the States. Peter lives in England. Let me know if I can answer any other questions. September 1st 2007 Banbury, Oxfordshire, England Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. Date: Saturday 1st September 2007 at approximately 22:30 GMT. Approach Direction: North Westerly. Departure Direction: Easterly Witness Direction: North Westerly. Description: On Saturday 1st September at approximately 22:30 I let my dog out into the garden and noticed four round red lights moving slowly across the sky. My initial reaction was that they were aircraft and then I realised the lights were not flashing and there was no noise. These four lights continued to move across the sky in an easterly direction. Six more lights appeared, coming from a north westerly direction, and followed the first four. During the next 10 to 15 minutes these lights continued to appear in the north west and follow those previously towards the east. In all, I counted 21 lights. All these lights flew in formation and once over the buildings disappeared. I couldn't say what height they were flying at but definitely lower than an aircraft I saw in the sky. Again regarding speed, I could not say what speed they

were travelling at but did not seem to be in a hurry. Colour/Shape: Round, red lights Height & Speed: Cannot give a precise height but certainly lower than an aircraft I saw in the sky. They were travelling slowly— it took approximately 10 to 15 minutes for all the lights to travel from when I first saw them to where they disappeared. Update 1 UFOINFO Note: I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website and received the following reply: Dear John, Thanks for the info. I have had a look at the ufoballoons website. They were definitely not like the lanterns that appear on the home page which seem to have a "hat", but are similar to the sighting reported in Sunderland although the ones I saw were definitely red… For your information, it was reported in the local press yesterday that six other people had witnessed the same spectacle as I did on Saturday. I look forward to hearing from you. Update 2 VIDEO: Is this a UFO in Banbury? See the report at the Banbury Guardian website. September 1st 2007 Beech, Hampshire, England Location: (at Kings Hill) in the village of Beech in Hampshire, UK. Date: On the evening of

  • 13

September 1st 2007 (at Dusk). Approach Direction: not known. Departure Direction: not known. Witness Direction: not known. Description: The witness was driving her car in Beech as she approached Kings Hill (just past Beech Abbey), she observed bright lights which she thought was the star formation known as the Plough. As she got half-way down the hill she noticed that the lights were still there, were brighter and much closer. She passed a group of people who where also looking at the lights, she then stopped her car got out and took photographs off the objects with her phone (apparently these photographs were not good). She said that there were nine of these objects which were flying slowly at an altitude of 200 feet, they then went up higher into the sky, the lights faded then suddenly took off at high speed in another direction. She ruled out the objects being balloons or helicopters because there was no sound, she was initially sceptical about the existence of UFOs she said the sighting was fascinating and amazing (but was not frightening) but cannot explain what it was that she saw that night. A local RAF base said that no aircraft had flown from their base since 5pm and the local police station had not received any reports of UFO sightings that evening. Colour/Shape: nine bright oblong shaped objects (colour not known) observed flying in formation. Height & Speed: moving slowly at an altitude of 200 feet then took off at high speed in the direction of Farringdon (another village nearby). TV/Radio/Press: this sighting

was reported in are local newspaper The Alton Herald Also see: The Alton Herald: Mystery of unidentified lights in the sky at dusk. The Alton Herald: 'Explanations' offered for lights in the sky. September 1st 2007 Seaton, Devon, England I am NOT a UFO freak - however, several of us saw something over Seaton (Devon) at 11.30 pm on Saturday 1 September which we can't work out. We were looking out to sea (in the company of two coastguards who were as bemused by us by what we saw) and saw three very bright, golden lights moving quite briskly across the bay. It was a fairly clear night (a bit of thin low cloud only). The lights were near each other but not in any obvious formation - they were completely silent (there was no wind and we see and hear a lot of helicopters because we have the naval station and Westland nearby and they were not helicopters). The lights moved along the bay from west to east (in the direction of Portland) and, a few minutes later, two others of similar size and magnitude appeared over a nearby cliff so that there were five of them. The first three then (presumably) moved into the distance in the middle of the bay quite quickly as they began to fade and eventually disappear. The final two moved across the bay again roughly into the mid-dle for a little while longer before they too faded into the distance. Within about 5-10 minutes the

whole episode was complete. They were not aeroplanes (one went past whilst we were looking and we are used to aeroplanes) nor were they helicopters. We wondered if they might be hot air balloons or weather balloons being launched? Whatever they were - there are two coastguards (possibly from the nearby village of Beer) who saw what we saw! Note: I asked the witness to look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply: I guess it is possible - we gather there may have been some launched that evening. I'm going to get some for myself and launch them and compare. Will let you know the result! September 6th 2007 Epsom, Surrey, England Location: Epsom, Surrey, England. Date: Thursday 090607 22.25 BST. Approach Direction: West. Departure Direction: North West. Witness Direction: West. Description: I had just got out of my car at home the time was approx 10.25pm. I looked up and saw an object slightly luminous (greyish white with a haziness surrounding it) silently shoot across the sky above me. It was moving so fast that my first reaction was shooting star, but I could tell almost instantly it was not moving fast enough and there was something odd about it. It then did what I would estimate was a 135 degree turn without changing speed! No way was it a shooting star, satellite or aircraft (that’s acknowledged). I would like to point out that I have a lifetime

  • 14

interest in aviation and what I have just seen was not any kind of aircraft I am familiar with. Colour/Shape: Could not make out a shape initially as it was moving fast and seemed to have a haze around it. However when it turned I got the impression it was a disc. Height & Speed: At first I thought it was flying very high but when it made its turn it gave the impression that it was a small object at a much lower altitude but I would hesitate. September 7th 2007 Combe Down, Bath, England Location: Combe Down, Bath, UK. Date: 09/07/07 2200 local approximately. Approach Direction: South. Departure Direction: North. Witness Direction: East. Description: Three of us were sitting on our patio enjoying the beautiful starlit sky after a BBQ when we all saw three lights slightly to the east of us moving rapidly and silently in a northerly direction. Because they were silent we initially thought they were three birds with the light reflecting on them, but subsequently realised that there wasn't enough light from below to give them the orange glow that they had, and they were moving too fast. (And birds don't tend to fly at night in close formation). They were in a tight roughly equilateral triangle formation, and crossed our field of view (approx 45 deg) in a straight line in 2-3 seconds. Colour/Shape: They were all orange coloured, and if I had to give them a shape I'd say diamond or triangular. Height & Speed: Difficult to

determine height. One witness thought 200', I'd say higher, maybe 1000-2000'. Consequently it's difficult to estimate their speed, but if at 2000' I'd say 300-400mph. If they were less than 500' then maybe only 50-100mph. Update: UFOINFO Note: As usual with this type of sighting I asked the witness if they would have a look at the UFO Balloons website. I received the following reply: Hi John Not at all, no problem! I have seen one of these ufo balloons before, fairly recently whilst we were camping a few weeks ago and I can confirm that what we saw was nothing like the balloon. Same colour perhaps, but the speed they moved at on a windless night 100% rules the balloons out. September 9th 2007 London, England Location: London, England Date: 09/09/07 23:48 GMT Approach Direction: Eastern sky. Departure Direction: Northern sky departure. Witness Direction: facing north Description: I stood on the balcony of my flat. I've never seen anything like this before. The object was moving like a satellite which I thought it was, then the speed increased moderately and object was moving in a circular pattern. Next was a S Pattern, object was fading in and out. The light separated to two lights moving side by side. Then three lights. It appeared to be just one object with several lights possibly. It was NOT a airplane that I could

recognize. Altitude was too high. More like altitude of a satellite however it dropped altitude slightly but I still could not make out object. It lasted for 10-15 minutes. Colour/Shape: The colour was a white light moving in the sky, like a satellite. It then turned red and lights separated. One was Blue the other was red, but kept changing colour. Before the objects departure the light began somewhat flashing like the lights on a commercial craft and it went in the northern direction. Possibly raising altitude and vanishing. Height & Speed: I’m not sure. It was the height of a satellite TV/Radio/Press: NO. Not yet… September 10th & 14th 2007 Heaton, Bolton, Lancashire, England Location: Heaton, Bolton, Lancashire, UK. Date: 20:45 PM GMT 10.09.07 Approach Direction: due North. approx. 45 deg elevation. Departure Direction: due North. approx. 20 deg elevation. Witness Direction: North. Description: A very bright light appeared and then proceeded to move North, I assumed it was a satellite, though I marvelled and thought it might be a firework because I have never seen one catch the sun's light so much. As the first light dimmed a second immediately appeared in the same manner a few degrees to the left and followed the first at the same pace (best described as the rate a passenger plane would have approaching an airport). Impossible to tell what altitude because of the relative bright-

  • 15

ness of the first UFO, but I had the impression that they were high. No sound of propulsion. Colour/Shape: White light with no solid shape. UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply: Hi John, Thanks for the e-mail. I'm not at all offended by your request. But I can feel pretty sure that I can rule out UFO balloons. Although it's a great idea. There was no sway as you might expect to see from a balloon in turbulent air. The flight of my objects was straight, moving away from me horizontal to the ground and propelled. Even if they were relatively near to the ground (which I don't suspect was the case) they were travelling with some speed. My own guess is that I witnessed a brace of satellites. It's just that the brightness and close proximity of them threw me. Still looking for answers so if you shed any light on my sighting please let me know. Any more info you need don't hesitate to contact me. Additional message from witness: Hi John, I didn't want to make another submission on the web site but I wanted to let you know that I had another sighting last night (sighted at 9.55 PM 14/9/07 GMT). Virtually the same thing happened in exactly the same part of the sky! Does this shed any more light on what I am seeing? I am doubly certain that they are not the balloons you sent me in the link. Nor are they aeroplanes, helicopters or meteorites.

September 12th 2007 Hinckley, Leicestershire, England Location: Hinckley Leicestershire UK Date: 17.30 / 17.35 Approach Direction: have to use compass. Departure Direction: have to use compass. Witness Direction: not to sure, would have to check with compass. Description: HUGE object, flew very fast silently over 'perimeter road' during RUSH hour, so many other persons MUST have seen it, it was saucer shaped with perhaps a tail like feature at the back with a white flashing light on it. Same colour as clouds and sky, VERY FAST MOVING. Colour/Shape: Cloud/sky coloured, well disguised. Height & Speed: 200ft or so. Speed in access of 500mph. Flew smoothly. TV/Radio/Press: Trying to report now. September 15th 2007 Shipley, West Yorkshire, England Date: 09/15/07 Approach Direction: unsure, towards me. Departure Direction: unsure, but then away. Witness Direction: unsure. Description: At first I saw one very bright round orange light heading towards me quite quickly. I thought it was a plane but as it got closer I realised the lights were not flashing and kept watching. Then within a minute another appeared heading in the same direction and the first one stopped and changed direction, moving upwards. then as the second got near they both stopped. I called my wife as I could not believe what I was seeing.. and she also watched them at which point they both

started moving around. As we watched they both then changed direction at a sharp right angle, after which the first one then moved straight up into the air and disappeared...and about 1 minute later the second then also move very quickly and faded off. Colour/Shape: bright orange, with round globe like shape. Height & Speed: 200 mph + unsure of direction. TV/Radio/Press: Not known at this time as it only happened 35 minutes ago. September 15th 2007 South Oxhey, Hertfordshire, England Location: South Oxhey, Hertfordshire England. Date: 09/15/07 21:00hrs GMT Approach Direction: S/W Departure Direction: N/E Witness Direction: South Description: Looked into the sky to see what i thought was a whole constellation moving! 4 orange looking lights that became red when approaching were moving in sequence. No way was it aircraft as I am 17 miles from Heathrow, and this was not on any flight path and they were way to close together. All aircraft around here have a five mile separation. Colour/Shape: Orange, changing to red then just disappearing just like a satellite that moves out of the light does. Height & Speed: Slow moving, height unable to say I would estimate about 5 miles away from me at approx 6-8000ft altitude. UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked their reaction after the lights have faded, this could have been a separate satellite though.

  • 16

I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply: Hi John Looking at the balloon site I guess it could be a possibility, a couple of things make doubt creep in to my mind though. The speed they were travelling and the height they seemed to be at seem to tell me they were not balloons but the fact the lights seemed to fade at the same time point to the fact the source of their energy could point towards the balloon theory. I did see a separate dull white light move away to SSW direction after the lights have faded, this could have been a separate satellite though. Its made me think, however I remain open minded and thank you for bringing this site to my attention. September 16th 2007 Hampstead Heath, London, England Location: Hampstead Heath, London, UK Date: 09/16/07 Approximately 12am Approach Direction: W SW Departure Direction: E NE Witness Direction: W Description: I was at the athletics track at Hampstead Heath and at about mid night, I saw the first object. It appeared from the direction of the Royal Free Hospital. It looked like a glowing bright orange ball. It flew across the sky a bit faster than a plane would and at a steady speed but there was no engine sound and eventually it shrunk then disappeared into the sky. Just after the first one disappeared the second one, exactly the same in appearance appeared from the same direction.

The third object, also a glowing bright orange ball, appeared whilst the second one was still flying over. They all followed the same line and disappeared in the same way. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I've seen meteor showers and shooting stars but this was seriously weird. Colour/Shape: Bright glowing orange and round. At first I mistook the object for a distant firework. Height & Speed: Looked high in the sky but I have no idea about heights. The speed was about 1 & 1/4 times faster than a normal plane. September 20th 2007 South of Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, England Location: south of Scunthorpe heading towards Gainsborough Date: Thursday 20/09/07 2100 hrs. Approach Direction: Sweeping west to east but heading north slowly. Departure Direction: As above. Witness Direction: South. Description: Almost appeared as beamed spotlights but no evidence from the ground of any source for the beam. Started as 1 light which appeared to be just over small formation of cloud, this slowly moved to the west and a second light came up its rear and swept to the east, both disappeared in a blink of an eye, and were followed a few seconds later by 2 or 3 passenger aircraft heading south into the approach for Doncaster or Leeds airports. Colour/Shape: Beamed spotlight undeterminable. Height & Speed: Slow to begin and then increasing but I am

no good at speed judgements! September 21st 2007 Yapton, West Sussex, England Hello there, This sighting was made by my mother and father at approximately 7 30 pm on Friday the 21st September 2007. They have a florist and was just returning from their weekly flower collection when they brought some fish and chips and parked up in Yapton recreation ground (about 3 miles northeast of Bognor Regis, West Sussex) facing the South Downs. They noticed approximately six large brightly glowing orange spheres which appeared to hover low over the hills directly in front of them at a distance of about 1.5 miles. They said the spheres were much too low for an aeroplane or a helicopter. The spheres were stationary for a few minutes and then moved very slowly in a westerly direction towards Chichester. My parents are both well respected, logical people, and this experience left them both very stunned, hence why I am posting this sighting. September 22nd 2007 Oakworth, near Keighley, West Yorkshire, England Location: Oakworth near Keighley in West Yorkshire England. Date: 09/22/07 - 20.35 hrs local time. Approach Direction: South. Departure Direction: North West. Witness Direction: South Description: 7 yellow and orange balls of light almost looking like they were on fire about 1 mile

  • 17

apart and around 1 mile high moving without sound but with speed, each following the exact course as each other. Colour/Shape: Yellow and orange balls of light. Height & Speed: 500 miles a hour and 1 mile high. TV/Radio/Press: Going in the Keighley news this Friday with photos as I have 10 photos of them and there was lots of people in the town who saw them. September 23rd 2007 Ashford, Kent, England Location: Ashford, Kent, UK Date: 09/23/07 12am GMT. Approach Direction: East. Departure Direction: West. Witness Direction: South. Description: My fiancée and I was sitting in my bedroom when suddenly my fiancée told me to look out of the window. What I saw was truly

unexplainable. Basically, we witnessed a large orange light, moving slightly faster than a plane. The shape looked vaguely like a huge match. The light moved in a straight line before it pretty much shrunk into a dot before finally fading after around a minutes worth of viewing. Earlier in the evening (21:30) we had been sitting in the garden and what we thought was a star (NW position) started to fade and blink (it repeatedly did this and kept vanishing before reappearing), before getting brighter and moving in a erratic way, by appearing to come close, moving away and darting around in the sky. Is it possible we saw two UFO's last night (and no we wasn't drunk)? Colour/Shape: Large orange 'match stick shape' (but a lot bigger). Height & Speed: Appeared to be

much lower that a plane cruising height and it moved slightly faster than a plane. TV/Radio/Press: No, not yet. Update: UFOINFO Note: As with other similar reports I asked the witness to have a look at the UFO Balloons website to see if this is what might have been seen and received the following reply: Hi John I have looked at the video and this is definitely NOT what we saw on Saturday, the object was much larger, moved quicker and was moving in a constant straight line. The shape was also shaped like a match. All sighting reports courtesy of UFOINFO and Brian Vike, Director of HBCC Research.

THE BIG PICTURE: WORLDWIDE UFO SIGHTINGS

ARGENTINA September 10th 2007 Villa Quillinzo, Cordoba Inexplicata Source: Circulo Ovnilogico Riocuartense (COR) Date: 09.17.07 ARGENTINA: Researcher Photographs Two UFOs in Cordoba Location:Villa Quillinzo, Departamento Calamuchita, Cordoba, Argentina. Date: 10 September 2007 Time: 14:30. Camera Used: Panasonic digital, 5m pixel with zoom. Photographer: Hector Serpez. Location: From his home Mr. Hector Serpez, a member of the Circulo Ovnilogico Riocuartense (COR) was at his home in Villa Quillinzo, Cordoba, Argentina on Monday, September 10, 2007 at 14:30 hours when he saw a strange object in the sky that captured his attention. He went looking for his new digital camera, a 5 megapixel Panasonic, and took three photos of the object. Given that the object did not appear on the camera's screen in two of the photos, he erased them from the memory, leaving only one. While in the company of relatives in the city of Rio Cuarto, he asked a nephew to download his photos to a computer. He was thus able to ascertain that the object photographed days earlier could be clearly seen. On Monday, September 17, 2007, Serpez contacted the COR's director to report the incident and decided to print a copy of this photo. Once the

process was made, he met with the COR's director at noon and both agreed that it was not a bird, given its apparent altitude and the size of the object photographed. The COR's director was left in charge of performing a computerized

digital analysis of the photo in question. [This analysis] has been issued, concluding that under study with the PhotoShop 7 program and carried to its maximum enlargement, there is no chance

  • 21

that it could be a bird. The analysis has determined that the image does not show a single object, but rather 2, with the second being to the forefront and to the bottom left of the first. In the strictest sense of the word, two Unidentified Flying Objects appear in the photo. The photographer's character is beyond question and his knowledge of ufology has made him a governing member of the COR group. This is the first time that Mr. Serpez has photo-graphed a UFO despite repeated observations unaided or with binoculars throughout his life. (Special thanks to Mario Bracamonte, COR. Departure Direction: Heading south but immediately turning towards my home (west). Witness Direction: North. Description: Cloudy day with dark clouds and noticed an object flying at speed through the darker clouds. This object was black and oval. As I watched the object fly at the height of a

plane, I knew it couldn't have been a plane based on the tremendous speed it was generating. The immediate decision for the object to change course, made me realise that this was no normal aeroplane. I decided to run into the house as the object was coming my direction. Colour/Shape: Black - Oval (it was like a GoodYear Balloon that you see in the UK with advertisements on each side) but this was completely black. Like a place with no wings. Height & Speed: Height of a standard plane. No idea of speed. TV/Radio/Press: Unaware of any other sighting in this area. September 16th 2007 Carlton, Melbourne, Victoria Location: Carlton, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Date: 09/16/2007, 02:28am local time (AEST). Approach Direction: Did not catch approach. Departure Direction: North, since I did not see any anomalies towards east-west direction. Witness Direction: North. Description: It was an overnight star-gazing session. A few of us were just coming out of the penthouse (5 storeys high) to stretch ourselves. Just as I was turning around to face north, the sky near the horizon between a college spire and another building lit up in bright turquoise colour for a second. At the same moment, witness #2 asked me if I saw the same thing. It looked as if there was lightning behind a bunch of clouds but it was not cloudy, and in turquoise colour. The coverage of the lighted portion

of sky was at least 10 degrees across although it could be larger since another building obstructed the rest of the view. I have never seen an event like this before and am seeking answers. Thanks. Colour/Shape: Bright turquoise (greenish blue) light illuminates 10 degrees of sky near horizon. Possible flash or two before disappearing. Height & Speed: Not sure how far away it is hence I cannot estimate the height but it was pretty near the horizon. CANADA September 1st 2007 Toronto Island Airport, Ontario Toronto Island Airport, Ontario Three Objects With Solid Piece On Top. Date: September 1, 2007 Time: Approx: 2:00 p.m. Location of Sighting: Toronto Island Airport. Number of witnesses: 10. Number of objects: 1. Shape of objects: 3 "balls" with a solid piece on top. Full Description of event/sighting: During the 2007 Toronto International Airshow, a small, wobbly, thing was spotted rising from behind (south) the island airport, rising and increasing in altitude, flying north. This was after one of the scheduled air show planes flew (about 3/4 way through the show). My family and I witnessed this thing and couldn't identify it. We thought maybe some kind of weather balloon but then we wondered why someone would launch and air balloon in the middle of an air show. Also, none of us managed to take a picture although there were about 10 of us looking at the thing.

  • 22

I have ‘googled’ for anyone else who may have taken a picture or seen the thing but have found nothing. It's very strange that nobody else would have seen this as there were many Airshow viewers from the many high-rise condo buildings on the lakefront. If you can tell me what the thing was, I would appreciate it. September 8th 2007 Hamilton, Ontario Location: Hamilton, Ontario, Canada Date: 09/08/07 2:35 am Approach Direction: Stationary. Departure Direction: Stationary. Witness Direction: East. Description: Headed home from my girlfriends house September 8th 2007. At roughly 2:35am just coming up to the York boulevard exit off the 403 I noticed on my left brilliant white/blue lights hovering maybe 200' in the air. Upon getting close, realized approx. 20-30 lights slightly oval shaped spinning clockwise in a circle. However there were 2 or 3 levels of lights, each spinning at a different rate of speed. As if a string of Christmas lights were caught in a tornado with a narrow diameter base (would make the lights spin fast at the base and slow at the top due to the change in overall diameter). Size was 3/4 the length of a football field however it was difficult to tell I was riding my motorcycle at the time. Pulled up next to a woman driving a black mid 90's, early 2000'2 BMW, where I pointed to the lights and she acknowledged she saw them as well. Colour/Shape: Brilliant blue/white slightly oval shaped

Height & Speed: 200' high. Stationary except for the clockwise spin of all the objects. TV/Radio/Press: Couldn’t find any info reported on it. September 10th 2007 Maple Ridge, British Columbia Maple Ridge, British Columbia Two Blue Lights Moving Erratically. Date: September 10, 2007 Time: 10:30 - 11:30 p.m. Location of Sighting: Maple Ridge, British Columbia. Number of witnesses: 2. Number of objects: 5. Shape of objects: Indiscernible to naked eye. Full Description of event/sighting: I was out with my dogs in the back yard, and originally saw a single blue, sporadically flashing light somewhat to the south. It was moving very slowly at first, heading in a west-south-west direction. It changed speed occasionally. It did not follow a straight line, but wandered. After watching it for a few minutes, I noticed another blue light trailing it. The first light had been a very sharp, distinct light, but the second one was larger and more diffuse. They both continued on a roughly westerly path until they reached approximately a 45 degree angle from the horizon. Then they tightly turned back around and doubled back to roughly where I saw the first one originally. After watching it for about 10 minutes, I called my husband outside to watch. We watched these two blue lights for at least 15-20 minutes as they moved around erratically (but slowly) in a central area of the sky (approx 30-35 degrees south of overhead), and they

changed positions in relation to each other. The intensity of the flashes varied from very faint, to very bright, and were not rhythmic. At approx: 10:45 pm, we saw a much bigger, brighter object move quickly, but erratically, from the east-south-east to almost overhead, where it suddenly changed direction and headed almost straight west. It appeared to have four distinctive bright white lights in a square pattern, much brighter than the blue lights (which were still visible and moving). It stayed in view for approximately five minutes. At the same time, we saw a fourth light, also fast moving, and white, but much smaller, come from the north. Being more fascinated by the larger, bright object, we lost track of this one. Shortly after the bright white object had disappeared from view, the two blue objects faded quite a bit, and very soon, stopped flashing completely (as far as we could tell). We went inside for a little while to warm up. After around 15-20 minutes (approx. 11:15 pm), we went back outside and within a few minutes saw a single white flashing light moving around a small area almost directly overhead. This was about the same brightness as the initial blue light, and also flashed rhythmically. Its movements continued for a few minutes, and then it faded from view like the blue lights had done earlier. None of these objects made any discernable noise, and they did not resemble the movements of planes, which cross overhead very frequently (we saw and heard four in various parts of the sky while we were out watching the lights). We stayed outside for another ten minutes roughly, but saw no other

unusual activity. September 12th 2007 London, Ontario London, Ontario Three Points Of Lights Moved In Unison. Date: September 12, 2007 Time: 11:00 p.m. Location of Sighting: London, ON. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: Dim white points of light. Full Description of event/sighting: My wife and I were walking to our car in a parking lot and were looking to the sky to see if we could find Orion. My wife points to some-thing and asks what it is. I look and I see three points of light. They were in the northern sky and pretty dim moving west to east across the sky. She tells me that they just appeared while she was looking in that direction. We followed the lights across the sky for about 5-7 seconds and then they disappeared. They moved in unison as though they were all attached to one single object but they did not cast a silhouette in the sky that I could see. If they had been stationary, I would have probably mistaken them as stars in the sky. They did not move like satellites and they did not flash or change colour or anything of the sort. I see one other person in this list that had a similar sighting a week prior to mine. September 13th 2007 Bow River, Near Calgary, Alberta Witness: Clayton Location: was 20 min south of Calgary off Dunbow Road and 80 fishing on the Bow river, Alberta, Canada Date: 09/13/07 time 20:10 local

time. Approach Direction: Objects were going south east. Departure Direction: Over horizon. Witness Direction: I was looking south west.

Description: I was fishing and looked upstream for some reason and looked up along the horizon. I noticed 4 objects in a open diamond formation

descending from diagonal right to left at a 25 degree angle. I noticed four more objects in a straight line behind the original 4, all the objects were on the same path/same trajectory along that line. I managed to

take 4 pictures. The first is of the final 2 of the original four just before they go over the horizon. The next picture is on the next single object, the third

  • 24

picture is of the third object and the fourth picture which I took my time and took a real good picture of is the last one. I know these were not planes I thought they were maybe missiles. The speed and trajectory of all them were exactly the same and it was under a minute till they were all gone. I can send the pictures. I want to know what I saw. Colour/Shape: All short compact, almost comet like. Height & Speed: No idea but fast and they were high. TV/Radio/Press: No but I can email you the digital camera Pictures. September 19th 2007 Beausejour, Manitoba Location: Out side of Beausejour, Manitoba. Canada. Date: 09/19/2007 time: 23:30 local time. Approach Direction: Downward. Departure Direction: None. Witness Direction: West. Description: Roughly 11:30 pm, My girlfriend and I were driving home on the highway, I noticed a bright light in the sky, An orange orb that was stationary. It was too bright to be a star but could not be a plane, as it didn't move. I noticed two other vehicles parked along the highway gazing at the object as well. We continued on, and shortly thereafter The object descended downward towards the ground and disappeared in the tree line. I would have pursued, but my girlfriend was frightened and wouldn't have it, I estimate it's position of landing to be nearby Birds Hill Park (assuming it did in fact land). I've absolutely no doubt this was a UFO in our atmosphere

that quite likely touched down. Colour/Shape: Bright Orange, Whitish at the brightest area. Spherical, but it was quite fluorescent, like a star, so I cannot inform of any actual shape. Height & Speed: Probably no more then three or four KM from the ground, It descended (in my very rough estimation) from that height to the ground in no more then four or five seconds. TV/Radio/Press: I've yet to hear any other related information. September 19th 2007 Niagara River, Niagara Falls, Ontario Niagara River, Niagara Falls, Ontario A Black Sphere Tilted On Its Side. Date: September 19, 2007. Time: 7:05 - 7:30 p.m. Location of Sighting: Niagara River, Niagara Falls. Number of witnesses: 2. Number of objects: 3. Shape of objects: 1 dark diagonal sphere object and 2 round shiny lights. Full Description of event/sighting: Shortly after 7:00pm while in a parking lot, I looked up over the tree line, and power lines and saw a dark, black sphere looking object tilted on its side. No lights on it. No haze. Just solid and black. It was not moving at all. It was hovering, but completely still. It had a strange string of a partial tail on its right side angled down, but it also was not moving. This was off in the far distance. It was completely stationary, and my husband and I stared at it for quite some time trying to figure it out. At first, I thought it was a kite being flown at the park over the Niagara River. But the distance

didn't feel right, to be able to see such a tiny flying kite. It had to be huge, if it was a kite. And it wasn't a triangle, it was sphere-like. I pointed it out to my husband, and he saw it as well. The sky was still light out, and we could not make out what it was. I do want to note this was away from the tourist area. We got into the car, and decided to drive to the river to get a closer look. As we started the ignition, we noticed that a bright light appeared diagonally down to the right of the object, like a bright star. And then another bright light appeared to its upper left hand corner, diagonally, and did the same. This lasted as we drove for about a minute, and then we lost sight of it all in the tree-line. A few minutes later when we got to the river, the black object was gone. The bright lights were gone as well. There were quite a few jets and airplanes that we could see flying up high and down low over the houses. I counted six moving in various directions. As we drove to leave the park area on a busy road, a bright light like we saw before was suddenly seen in the sky behind us, and moving at a speed in the same direction we were headed. It was uncanny, as it felt like we were being followed for a few seconds, and then it completely disappeared on us. I was literally in my seat turning around, and trying to figure out where the heck this light went. There was no sound coming from this light. We had our windows down in the car. Then another plane flew down and made a pass over the town houses. This plane we did hear. It was the slowest moving plane I ever saw. Lots of activity seemed to be going on. I'd be curious to find out if anyone else

  • 25

reports the same dark object or lights. On another note, as I was searching for a link for your website to give a report, I came upon this site, http://www.hyper.net/ufo/reporting.html. On the front page is a picture of The Trent UFO Photos - McMinnville, Oregon USA. This photo is exactly what we saw. The same shape, colour, angle, height, and even position above the power lines (except the tail). I debated even reporting anything, but when I saw that photo, I knew I had to send in something. If it was a blimp or some kind of advertising campaign, I'd shake it off. But with the other 2 bright lights with it, the unidentified aspect drew our curiosity. We have no idea what it was now. CHANNEL ISLANDS—JERSEY September 13th 2007 South West of Jersey SW Of Jersey, Channel Islands Saucer Shaped UFO Filmed Date: September 13, 2007 Time: 9:30 p.m. Location of Sighting: SW of Jersey Channel Islands. Number of witnesses: 1. Number of objects: 1. Shape of objects: Saucer. HBCC UFO Research Note: I have requested the short clip of what was witnessed. Full Description of event/sighting: My son was watching TV around 21:30 and saw through our window some-thing moving fast in the sky and it was zig-zagging. He managed to take a 2 second video of it on his telephone. It was in the south west sky. The video is not to clear. But my son always jokes about me saying I was mad. He was so scared and now is a believer. He is so spooked. I can forward the clip if you are

interested. HONG KONG September 12th 2007 Pok Fu Lam, Hong Kong Location: Hong Kong. Date: 9/12/2007 local time. Approach Direction: from South, about 90 degrees, enters vision. Departure Direction: North. Witness Direction: South West Description: It is Rosh Hashana, New Year in Hong Kong. I was on the balcony at 8.00pm on the 12th of September 2007, 13th floor of my Hong Kong apartment facing SW. The building is Baguio Villas in POKFULAM, facing the sea. We had guests, an accountant friend, his wife. My 15yr old son and my wife were also present. We were flicking my sons laser beam on and off into the air. A very clear night. We saw appear out of nowhere, 90 degrees vertical, directly above us a V shaped craft with lights underneath. It flew from the South to the North, silently and slowly. I had seen this craft before in 2000 and reported it to MUFON. I shouted for everyone to look at the UFO. I was filled with emotion because at last my wife and kids would be able to witness what I had seen and spoken about in the past. They were all stunned and we ended up in deep conversation about this. My son has been so excited since then and my wife is somewhat bewildered. Our friends were stunned to say the least. A new awakening for them. On my part I am still so happy that at last my family saw what I saw in 2000. This craft is over a mile wide. It was at very high altitude but very clear to look at.

My size estimation is based on my last sighting when it was at 800ft altitude measured against a well known Hong Kong building which had a beam of light on the top as part of a design. This craft is so much like the witness drawings of the Phoenix lights as opposed to the film clips because it had solid wings with lights. The solidity of the wings seemed to be invisible in the last few seconds and only the lights were clearly visible. Confusingly, it literally vanished in front of our eyes after about 7 seconds. Colour/Shape: Orange brown glow, V-shape, solid with lights, under wings. Height & Speed: Hard to estimate but about 1000m plus

wide, seemed slow moving to the eye. If 1000M plus, wide then real speed maybe 300klm per hr. Appeared very slow moving due to altitude. Lasted 7 seconds by appearing then disappearing. TV/Radio/Press: No.

CYPRUS September 9th 2007 Potamos Germasogeia, Limassol Location: Potamos Germasogeia, Limassol, Cyprus.

  • 26

Date: 09/09/2007, GMT+2, around 1am. Approach Direction:West. Departure Direction: East. Witness Direction: North. Description: It happened on Sunday 09/09/2007 at 1 am. That night my girlfriend and I were lying down on sunbeds staring at the stars that night. After a while I sat on the sun bed looking and talking to my girlfriend when behind her over the rooftop I saw a circular irregular light moving quite fast. By the time I told her about it, it was already 45° on my right. She saw it as it was reappearing behind a building and finally it disappeared again behind trees. It moved quite fast and at constant speed along a east to west straight line. Colour/Shape: Circular shape lighten irregularly and not lighten in the centre. We noticed as well a linear shape not lighted pointing at the ground. Colour of light was basic yellow/orange. As I've already been gathering information about UFO I found what we've seen was quite similar to the Dropa stone and the objects seen on NASA STS 75 video. My girlfriend agreed on the likeness when I showed her. I'm computer graphist so if it can be of any interest I can try to draw and animate it. Just ask. Height & Speed: We can't define the distance and height as there was no information to estimate that properly. Nevertheless it appeared about 20° above the horizon line. Speed depends on the distance. Considering it was just behind the trees I estimate the object diameter to 1-2 metres and speed would have been around 200-300km/h. But my personal guess would situate it further than that and

bigger and faster. Absolutely no noise came with it and there was no noise around us at that time. Speed was constant and movement was very clean and linear (not chaotic at all). TV/Radio/Press: Haven't heard about report yet. I don't speak the local language so it's not easy to understand the newspaper and TV news but I'll keep on investigating to find out. It would be weird not to find a report as it was above an highway approximately and around here on a Saturday night there's a lot of people outside. Finally, sorry for my English (it's not my native language as well). GERMANY September 13th 2007 Emelsdorf Emelsdorf, Germany A Orange Glowing Sphere. Date: September 13, 2007 Time: 5:07 a.m. Location of Sighting: Emelsdorf. Number of witnesses: 1. Number of objects: 2. Shape of objects: Sphere. Full Description of event/sighting: Hello Brian. On the morning of the 13th of September I was feeding hay to our horses in the pasture. The sky was clear with no clouds. I looked to the west just over the tree line and I noticed an orange glowing object flying very fast in a northerly direction. Then I noticed a similar object flying just behind and below the first. The altitude of both objects was very low. At their nearest point to me, the objects were about 2 kilometres away and made no sound. My observance of the objects lasted for only 4 to 5 seconds due to their speed. There is an airport not far from where I live and

these things were flying much faster and lower than anything I've ever seen before here. IRELAND September 16th 2007 Dublin Location: Lower Kimmage Road, Dublin. Date: 09/16/07 approximately 8:30PM. Approach Direction: Almost directly from the west crossing Lower Kimmage Road. Departure Direction: Almost directly east. Witness Direction: Directly underneath. Description: The object appeared to be an orange ball of light (not red or any other colour) and was not flashing. It travelled westerly at a constant speed (slower than conventional aircraft) and appeared to be gaining altitude as it moved. It eventually went out of view after about 45 seconds when it reached some clouds in the distance. Colour/Shape: Orange, round. The object appeared to be like fire rather than a light, that is to say that rather than the way a light will have a central point which radiates this light was softer and glowed more like orange flames. Normally an aircraft flying this low would be audible but there was no sound. Height & Speed: I would not be able to give an accurate height but it was lower than any aircraft I have seen flying in this area before and was about half the size of a one cent Euro coin held at arms length. I can say that it was definitely moving at no more than 100 miles per hour. MEXICO September 13th/14th 2007 Cancun Location: Cancun, Mexico

Date: September 13th & 14th 2007. The past 2 nights both my wife and I have seen strange lights in the sky over the ocean here in Cancun. Where we live is outside of downtown. It is far enough to where you can see many stars on your average nights, and most of them on moonless nights. I was up late having my last smoke of the night in my upstairs office. All the lights were off when something caught my attention. The first night I only noticed one object. The second I counted at least four (even though they were further away) In the beginning I thought that it was a plane, however it wasn't moving. It seemed circular in shape, kind of like a couple of deep dish plates stacked on top of each other, but with the side that you eat on facing inwards towards each other. It had very bright different colour strobing lights (blue, green, red, yellow, & white) all over the centre of whatever it was. I looked at it with my naked eye and with binoculars. The weird part was that when I looked at it with the binoculars I could only see 3 defined blue lights. With my naked eye it looked like a crazy disco going on. I observed it for about 10 minutes, when I thought that I may have been seeing things. Even though it was late I woke my wife up to confirm what I saw. By her initial reaction that confirmed that I wasn't just seeing things, or worse...crazy. I did a Google search of whatever it was that I saw and found a picture or a drawing of one. It resembles closely to whatever it was that I saw. The only difference with the picture and what I saw was that there

weren't any lights on the bottom of the whatever it was. I know that this email may be futile, however I feel that I had to tell somebody. USA September 2nd 2007 Tujunga, California Location: Tujunga, California USA. Near Angeles National Forrest, Big Tujunga Wash. Date: 09/02/07 7:12pm Pacific Daylight Savings time. Approach Direction: Unknown. Departure Direction: Unknown. Witness Direction: Directly North. Description: I was taking pictures of the fire on the other side of the mountain in Acton, CA. I took a total of four pictures 7-12 seconds apart and the UFO only appeared in the fourth photo. I didn't even notice it until I loaded the pictures up on the computer. There was 0 wind, it was 102 degrees and 40% humidity. No sounds whatso-ever, no water dropping crafts on our side of the mountain

at all. Colour/Shape: Symmetrical three sided craft that appears to be metal. Height & Speed: 3,000 ft. Speed unknown. TV/Radio/Press: Only reported on www.abovetopsecret.com September 13th/14th 2007 Sandusky, Ohio Sandusky, Ohio Egg - Elliptical Shaped Object. Date: September 13 -14, 2007. Time: 5:00 a.m- 6:20 am. Location of Sighting: Sandusky, Ohio. Number of witnesses: 3. Number of objects: 1. Shape of objects: Egg/elliptical. Full Description of event/sighting: Every morning my girlfriend and I wake up and have coffee while conversing and looking out into the early morning (dark) sky. This particular morning hosted a very bright low hanging light that I've never seen in my four years at this apartment. I said to my girlfriend, “look baby, look at the light", while pulling her chair towards me so she could see from my angle. "Do

you see it?" I asked and she said that she did. I returned with "Babe, That's not a star I think, it's a UFO, let me go get the camera and see if I can zoom in on it." I'm getting goose bumps as I'm writing right now.

So I went to the other room and got the camera, through in any tape I had and went outside to my back porch. Yup, the light was still there, just hovering in the dark sky. It was way too low to be a star. I'd say just below

cloud level (maybe 100 ft). I pushed record and aimed it at the light. Yup it now appeared to be an egg shaped figure with the points being north and south. There was an extreme white light sort of like the

hottest fire that would eliminate with pure white. I could see the extremity of energy while focusing in on this object. I zoomed in to expose this phenomenon and see if I could see metal or something extraterrestrial. Sure enough when I zoomed about 75 percent in the glow would be dimmed almost 100 percent through the camera lens and what I saw was intriguing! This egg looked like as if I was looking into a microscope at a cell, if you would. Inside this UFO was a small dark filled in circle (like a nucleus) with a smaller filled in circle diagonally below to the left. Surrounding these nuclei but within the egg shaped were like a pool of kinetic energy that was spinning centrifugally counter clockwise! It was hard at times to stay locked within because the UFO must have been pulling away out of my zoomed focus. I would have to repeat this zooming and focusing for about an hour! Yes I have this phenomenon on tape for 60 minutes strong! The whole while panning in and out to show this UFO's positioning relative to the buildings below. I even have an airplane (like a big passenger plane) closing in on it and then veering off away from it. I know they had to see it too! Getting back to the characteristics of the UFO, it too had thruster like flaming tails (just as the lady explained in Pasadena, California on the same night, September 13, 2007) coming out of the bottom of the egg that were below a straight horizontal line. This line appeared to have flowed upward revealing more thrust like sharp white flames (a flame like a butane or Celine/oxygen torch used when cutting metal). These flames were pointing down towards the Earth. The

best way I can describe this is as if one had a skirt on and would pull it upwards, that's how this line would pull upwards and the thrusters below would be more revealing. I noticed this when the UFO would move and quickly it moved! As Sunrise was evolving from below, the UFO would ascend higher and hover, the higher the sun rose. The higher it climbed until eventually it would just sort of blink out and back in and hover up there more. The witnesses only saw this light with there naked eyes but I, my friends have it on tape. Chilling footage for sure. I al-ways would look up in the night sky and say " Man, I want to see a UFO," well I do believe that I've seen my first. Later that day I went out and nothing was there, later that night of the 13th I went out and nothing was there. On the morning of the 14th or so I went out and looked and there it was again. I went and got my camera, zoomed in on it and yup it was the same elliptical shaped object just hovering there. Unfortunately, the tape ran out on my camera but I can tell you this, I wasn't planning on taping but a minute or so because after reviewing the footage with my girlfriend and brother he I was truly convinced that this was indeed an extraterrestrial sighting. During the taping I come in the apartment turn on the internet and show the true time and date to authenticate this recording. Thank you and keep your head to the sky and your camera close by because there is something out there. I saw it. The person in Pasadena saw it on the same night as I did, and he/she was thousands of miles away. September 13th-15th 2007 Leesburg, Indiana

Leesburg, Indiana Orange Lights And Other Lights Moving Around Date: September 13, 14, & 15, 2007. Time: Between 1:00 am. 4:00 am. Location of Sighting: High in the sky above a field. Number of witnesses: 3. Number of objects: 3. Shape of objects: Star-like. Full Description of event/sighting: I go out each night to let my dog out before bed. On the 13th, I did our usual routine. When I opened the backdoor I noticed an ex-tremely bright orange light in the sky, high up. I thought maybe it might be a plane at first, then I noticed it staying primarily in the same location. It did move, but it didn't go anywhere. I looked around and noticed 2 more of the same, they would get bright then dim, not at the same time then at the same time. They formed a triangle in the sky and out next to them were 4 or more white lights that went straight up and down. Almost looked like lights on a huge tower that's not there. I watched these lights on the 13th for hours. Go really bright then fade, move around like a gnat in the air, but stay in the general location. The white lights in a row never moved but faded in and out or got really bright as well. The following night the same thing, but the lights were not in the same areas. Third night the same thing, but now I'm sitting up with a video camera hoping to get solid evidence. Has there been any other reports in Northern Indiana? Peru: Meteor Crash in Puno Leaves a Crater 30 meters in Diameter The Journal of Hispanic Ufology September 18, 2007 Source: Agencia Andina, RPP Noticias, Date: 09.18.07 An unidentified luminous object fell from the sky, leaving a hole six meters deep by 30 metres in diameter in the community of Carancas on the Bolivian border, according to the Puno based Direccion Territorial Policial (Dirtepol). The alleged meteorite alarmed local residents. The community is located in the Desaguadero district of the Province of Chucuito. At 23:45 hours yesterday, residents heard a noise that they believed was produced by an airplane, according to police sources. They then witnessed the impact of a luminous object in flames, which resulted in a loud explosion, according to the Agencia Andina news agency. Remains of an unknown calcinated mass were found at the impact site. As it occurred in an unpopulated area, the incident did not affect any local residents. However, after the strange object gave off bits of lead and silver as it fell to earth, and the peasantry is worried that some illness may come about, according to RPP Noticias. Police and curiosity-seekers reported to the site. Robert Morningstar wrote: Hi, Scott... The "green colour" of the meteor described by witnesses indicates a very high concentration of copper in its composition. Copper fumes are extremely

noxious, deadly in the concentrations such those as I saw in a meteor (an ETA Aquarid) at close range in May 2000. I had a close encounter with such a green (and red) meteor while flying on May 6th, 2000 as it passed by my Piper Arrow IV at 6,500 feet over Waterbury, CT before making landfall. It lit up the whole countryside. That meteor passed my cockpit about 100 feet away, sporting a 100 foot-long acetylene torch-like tail and a plume of noxious fumes, which I had to manoeuvre quickly to evade passing through it and prevent their entry into the cockpit (or crossing my left wing through the torch like tail). It was one of the most amazing things I've ever witnessed. I had 2 other people with me, a CFI as co-pilot and a USAF Tech Sgt. as backseat passenger. The Tech Sgt. later said "I thought ‘This is it...we were all gonna die'." Robert M* Seven Policemen Become Ill After Gathering Meteor Samples Puno, Sept. 17 (Agencia Andina) Seven policemen took ill after collecting samples from the area where the alleged meteorite crashed in the community of Carancas (Puno) according to regional health director Jorge Lopez Tejada. He explained that the officers showed symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and dizziness and were sent to the Desaguadero Hospital and then to the Hospital de Sanidad de la Policia in Puno. They were given oxygen and rehydration at Desaguadero, and were transferred to the

other hospital after being stabilized, according to RPP Noticias. [Tejada] also noted that a strong odour emanates from the impact site and which is not native to the area. This has caused commotion among settlers. "Our cleanup crew has already reached the area and says that there is a hole filled with water. The odour is strong and (would be) affecting neighbouring communities. There are some 500 families nearby and symptoms of nausea, vomiting, headache and body aches," he remarked. He added that the has recommended that police authorities and the regional government should form a perimeter to keep people from coming near the site. He repeated that a medical brigade will set out from Puno and Julí tomorrow to perform the corresponding tests upon the locals. Lopez Tejada called upon the authorities in Lima to send out a special brigade equipped with suitable equipment to gather samples from the alleged meteor more efficiently, as his office lacks such facilities. He explained that according to the settlers, the object fell on midday Saturday and the hole it left behind has an estimated depth of five meters and a width of 15 meters. This incident has been considered by the locals as a bad omen. (Translation (c) 2007, Scott Corrales, IHU. Special thanks to Planeta UFO). EDITORIAL COMMENT An alleged meteor?
