Whether you’re a CEO, agent, or administrator, Manager is a powerful platform to market and monitor your properties in the smartest way possible.

Your user name is unique to you - it’s the email address you received the activation email on.

The Dashboard gives you full visibility of your listings, leads, and agents’ performance for the last 30 days, and updates every day at midnight.

2. ANALYSING THE DASHBOARD

Check out ‘Today's Tips’ for ideas provided by your Account Manager to enhance your listings’ performance. These, and all other data, gets updated after midnight every day.

Total Leads shows you the total leads records for phone clicks, call tracking (for active users), email leads, and SMS clicks for all listings in the last 30 days.

Quality Score gives the average of all listings Quality Score in the last 30 days.

Verified Listings gives the overall average of listings that were verified in the last 30 days.

Verified Agents gives the overall average of agents that were verified in the last 30 days.

2. ANALYSING THE DASHBOARD

The Top Communities map provides an overview of your listing’s ranking against other brokers’ listings in the same community, along with the conversion rate from in this community. It will also display the number of leads for this specific listings, along with the leads average for the same community. These information are displayed for the past 30 days.

The Top Agents section presents only active users’ names with their associated listings during the last 30 days, with data related to those properties.

2. ANALYSING THE DASHBOARD

Package Usage shows the total amount of published and re-published listings in the current month. This record resets at the start of each month. Clients who overuse their package by 150% are penalised, which negatively impacts their ranking on our website for the following month.

Live Listings shows the number of live listings you have allocated, either Standard, Featured or Premium.

Compare a specific community’s performance average to your listingsand other brokers who advertise with us.

4. SETTING UP AGENT PROFILES

Make sure you fill in both the Arabic and English description

Add the agent role for admins if you wish to assign properties to them

Upload your agent photo.

Add a brief description of your skillsand experience in real estate alongwith some other additional information to show your qualifications to potential clients.

Click on ‘Update Profile’ to saveand submit your agent profile for verification.

View details of specific listings and transactions to compare with the listing you have advertised.

Choose which listings to promote from the new “My Community Top Spots” tab in Manager (visible if you win). Simply choose “Prioritise” and those listings will appear at the top, when they match the user’s search criteria. If you own CTS in more than one areas, choose the area from the drop down list first, then select the listings you want to promote.
