User Software installation in Mac computers can be problematic if the customer already had a previous version installed. This is because when the software is executed for the first time, it creates a configuration file, but when you try to execute a version that’s an updated version of the software that was already installed, if that file (folder) is not deleted, the software cannot be executed. In other words, if the customer is updating the software to the newest version, he should delete the folder that was created in the Documents. FOLDER: (cfg_data.xml) Unistall Mono: If a customer needs to uninstall a previous version of Mono in order to install the latest Mono version, he needs to open the command window and write the following commands: sudo rm -rf /Library/Frameworks/Mono.framework sudo pkgutil --forget com.xamarin.mono-MDK.pkg Once done this, he can go to the Mono-project website and download and install the latest Mono version.
