2.0 Installation

IMPORTANT:

Under no circumstances should you insert or remove theSPEEDSTERPURE from your console while it is switched on.This could damage your steering wheel and/or console, andinvalidate your warranty.

2.1 Assembly

Attachment to the table:Attach the table fastener to the bottom side of the steering wheelby passing the metal retaining clip (1) through the table fastener(2) and putting both into the opening (3). Tighten the screw (4) until the steering wheel is securely attached to the table (5).

Attachment to the legs:Put both leg fasteners (6, 7) into the intended openings on the bottom side of the steering wheel. Please pay attention to the correct mounting position.After the pins were inserted into the opening, the leg fastener mustbe pressed to the outside until the fastener clicks noticeably intoplace. It will function more easily if you press first on the upper boltsand then on the lower bolts.

3.1 The SPEEDSTERPUREOperating Components

3.1.1 The Steering WheelThe steering wheel controls all steering movement.The buttons are located in the center of the wheel:

L1 and L2 on the left, R1 and R2 on the right, andMODE, START, SELECT and TUNING in the middle.

Right in the centre is the silver steering cross with the directionkeys for navigation in the game menu or for selecting the differentsettings in TUNING mode.

The left gear lever has been assigned to the "L3 button" and theright gear lever to the "R3 button". If you want to drive using themanual shift, you must configure and store this assignment in thegame (recommended).

If a setting is not possible in the game, you can change the assignment of the shift levers. For more information, see "Tuning".Above the keys in the centre of the steering wheel are three status LEDs.

3.1.2 The Wheel UnitThe steering wheel is tied on the console. The attachments for thetable fastener or leg fasteners are on the bottom side.

3.1.3 The PedalsThe left pedal is the brake and the right pedal acts as the accelerator. If the analog mode is supported by the game, thepedals are pressure sensitive.

3.2 Operating Modes

The SPEEDSTERPURE is provided with 2 different operating mo-des that are displayed by the LEDs on the steering wheel. The mo-des can be changed with the MODE switch. The analogue modewill be automatically selected with up-to-date games.

3.2.1 Digital Vibration-modeThe digital mode was developed to ensure full compatibility with older (PS one and PlayStation) games. With racing games that support a vibration function, this functionwill be in evidence in the appropriate situations, such as during acollision with another vehicle or a wall.

3.2.2 Analog Vibration-modeThe SPEEDSTERPURE analog mode enables the precise amount of movement required. This mode emulates the analog function of the Analog Controller (DUALSHOCK) and the AnalogController (DUALSHOCK2). Here, too, the vibration effect can befelt with the corresponding software (see above).

3.3 Tuning

By pressing the "TUNING" button, you switch to Tuning mode, and can make several settings to adjust the SPEEDSTER

PURE to the game or to your own driving style.

The settings are displayed by the three status LEDs.

The settings are deleted if the console is switched off or the steering wheel is disconnected.

3.3.1 Dead ZoneThe dead zone is the area around the central position of the steering wheel within which a movement does not trigger a reactionfrom the car in the game. This area can be extended, orcompletely eliminated if you want every steering wheel movementto immediately result in a reaction by the car.1. Press "TUNING"2. 4.0 Cleaning And Care

CleaningUnplug the SPEEDSTERPURE from the console before cleaningit. Clean the steering wheel and pedals with a soft cloth slightly moistened with a mild detergent solution.Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaners such as benzeneor paint thinner. When using a synthetic duster, refer to the precautions supplied with it.

PlacementThe product should be situated away from heat sources such asradiators, or other products that produce heat. Operate in an environment where temperatures range from 5C - 35C.Do not use the product on an unstable surface. The product mayfall, causing serious injury to a child or adult and serious damageto the product.Do not use the product near water.Do not leave the steering wheel on the floor.

Object entryNever push objects of any kind into the product through openingsas they may touch dangerous voltage points that could result ina fire or electric shock.

HandlingDo not throw, let the steering wheel or pedals drop, or allow anysolid objects to fall onto the peripheral or its accessories. Whentransporting the steering wheel, do not subject it to any strong impact. Doing so may cause malfunction.Do not twist or pull the cable too strongly.

7 5.0 TroubleshootingSupport

If any problems should occur in the use of the SPEEDSTER

PURE, please use the following trouble shooting guide. If any problem cannot be solved with it, please contact the hotline of therespective country. You will find further information and contact information on the website www.Fanatec.com.

5.1 My Steering Wheel Does Not WorkCheck that the game you have selected supports the steeringwheels current operating mode.If the SPEEDSTERPURE is still not working, turn off the consoleand disconnect the SPEEDSTERPURE.Re-connect it and turn on your console again.

5.2 The Vehicle Drifts In A Certain DirectionThe SPEEDSTERPURE needs to be re-calibrated. Turn the console off and on again. Please touch neither the steering wheelnor the pedals when switching on the console.

5.3 The Vehicles Reactions Are Too Sensitive/Too SlowOpen the Options menu of the game and adjust the steering sensitivity. Try a fine adjustment as described in the TUNING section. Note: When the console is turned off, the default settingsare reactivated.

5.4 I cannot activate the digital vibration modeModern games automatically activate the analogue vibration mode as soon as mini joysticks are supported. In any case, thismode is to be preferred to the digital vibration mode.

7.1 ENDOR AG provides a two-year warranty on material andproduction defects for the hardware product this warranty does not effect the statutory consumer rightsapplicable in the jurisdiction.

WICHTIG:

Unter keinen Umstnden sollten Sie das SPEEDSTER

PURE in die Konsole einstecken bzw. herausziehen,whrend sie noch eingeschaltet ist.Dies kann zur Beschdigung des Lenkrads und/oder derKonsole fhren. Beschdigungen dieser Art machen dieGarantie unwirksam.

2.1 Montage

Befestigung am Tisch:Befestigen Sie die Tischhalterung an der Unterseite des Lenkrades indem sie den Haltebgel aus Metall (1) durch die Tischhalterung (2) fhren und beides zusammen in die ffnung (3)stecken. Ziehen Sie anschlieend die Schraube (4) solange fest,bis das Lenkrad stabil am Tisch befestigt ist (5).

Befestigung auf den Beinen:Stecken Sie die beiden Schenkelhalterungen (6, 7) in die dafr vorgesehenen ffnungen auf der Unterseite des Lenkrads.Bitte beachten Sie die richtige Einbaurichtung.Nachdem die Bolzen in den ffnungen eingefhrt wurden muss dieSchenkelhalterung mit etwas Nachdruck nach auen gedrckt werden, bis die Halterung sprbar einrastet. Es funktioniert leichter wenn Sie zuerst auf die oberen Bolzen und dann auf dieunteren Bolzen drcken.

3.1 Die Bedienelemente desSPEEDSTERPURE

3.1.1 Das LenkradDas Lenkrad steuert alle Lenkbewegungen.Die Tasten sind in der Mitte des Lenkrads plaziert:Auf der linken Seite befinden sich g, l, L1 und L2, rechts p, X, R1 und R2 und in der Mitte MODE, START, SELECT und TUNING. Ganz in der Mitte befindet sich das silberne Steuerkreuz mitden Richtungstasten zur Navigation im Men des Spiels oder zum auswhlen der verschiedenen Einstellungen im TUNING Modus. Der linke Schalthebel ist dem L3 Button zugewiesen undder rechte Schalthebel dem R3 Button. Wenn Sie mitHandschaltung fahren wollen, so mssen Sie diese Belegungim Spiel einstellen und abspeichern (empfohlen).

Sollte eine Einstellung im Spiel nicht mglich sein, so knnen Siedie Belegung der Schalthebel ndern.Nheres finden Sie unter Tuning.Oberhalb der Tasten in der Mitte des Lenkrads befinden sichdrei Status-LEDs.

3.1.2 Die LenkradeinheitAuf der Konsole ist das Lenkrad verankert. Auf der Unterseite befinden sich die Befestigungen fr die Tischhalterung oder dieSchenkelhalterungen.

3.1.3 Die PedaleDas linke Pedal ist die Bremse und das rechte Pedal dient zur Beschleunigung. Wenn der Analog Modus vom Spiel untersttztwird, so funktionieren die Pedale drucksensitiv.

3.2 Betriebsmodi

Das SPEEDSTERPURE verfgt ber 2 unterschiedliche Betriebsmodi, die mittels der auf dem Lenkrad angebrachtenLEDs angezeigt werden. Die Modi knnen mit dem Schalter MODE gewechselt werden. Bei aktuellen Spielen wird der analoge Modus automatisch aktiviert.

3.2.1 Digitaler Vibrations ModusDer Digitalmodus wurde entwickelt, um volle Kompatibilitt zu alten (PS one und PlayStation) Rennspielen zu gewhrleisten.Bei Rennspielen, die eine Vibrationsfunktion untersttzen, wird sichdiese in entsprechenden Situationen bemerkbar machen, so z.B.bei einer Kollision mit einem anderen Fahrzeug oder auch mit einer Wand.

3.2.2 Analoger Vibrations ModusDer Analogmodus des SPEEDSTER PURE ermglicht eine hchstprzise Dosierung der Bewegungen. In diesem Modus werden derAnalog Controller (DUALSHOCK) und der Analog Controller(DUALSHOCK2) emuliert. Auch hier macht sich der Vibrations-effekt bei entsprechender Software bemerkbar (s.o.).

3.3 Tuning

Durch Drcken der Taste TUNING kommt man in den Tuning Modus und man kann einige Einstellungen vornehmen um dasSPEEDSTERPURE optimal an das Spiel oder den eigenen Fahrstil anzupassen.

Die Einstellungen werden durch die drei Status-LEDs angezeigt.

Die Einstellungen erlschen sobald die Konsole ausgeschaltet wirdoder das Lenkrad ausgesteckt wird.

3.3.1 Dead-ZoneDie Dead-Zone ist der Bereich um die Mittelstellung des Lenk-rades indem eine Bewegung des Lenkrades noch keine Reaktiondes Autos im Spiel auslst. Dieser Bereich kann erweitert werdenoder vollstndig eliminiert werden um bei jeder Lenkradbewegungsofort eine Fahrzeugreaktion zu erhalten.1. Drcken Sie TUNING2. ReinigungStecken Sie das SPEEDSTERPURE von der Konsole ab bevorSie es reinigen. Subern Sie das Lenkrad und die Pedale mit einemweichen Tuch, welches nur leicht mit einem milden Reinigungsmittelbefeuchtet ist. Verwenden Sie keine Flssig- oder Aerosol Reiniger wie z.B. Benzin oder Verdnnung. Sollten Sie einen synthetischen Staubwedelbenutzen, beachten Sie bitte die Vorsichtsmassnahmen mit denener ausgeliefert wurde.

PlatzierungDas Produkt sollte nicht in der Nhe von Hitzequellen wie z.B. Heizungen, oder anderen Gegenstnden die Hitze erzeugen, platziert werden. Benutzen Sie es nur in Umgebungen, deren Temperatur zwischen 5C und 35C liegt.Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht auf einer instabilen Oberflche.Das Produkt knnte herunterfallen und Verletzungen verursachensowie selbst beschdigt werden.Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht in der Nhe von Wasser.Lassen Sie das Lenkrad nicht auf dem Boden liegen.

5.0 Fehlerbeseitigung/Support

Sollten irgendwelche Schwierigkeiten beim Betrieb des SPEEDSTER

PURE auftreten, benutzen Sie bitte den folgenden Ratgeber zur Fehlerbeseitigung. Sollte irgendein Problem dadurch nicht zu beseitigen sein, dann wenden Sie sich bitte an die Hotline des jeweiligen Landes. Auf der website www.Fanatec.com finden Sie weitere Angaben und Kontaktinformationen.

5.1 Mein Lenkrad funktioniert nichtberprfen Sie, ob das von Ihnen gewhlte Spiel den aktuellen Betriebsmodus des Lenkrades untersttzt. Sollte das SPEEDSTERPURE immer noch nicht funktionieren, schalten Sie die Konsole aus und unterbrechen Sie die Verbindungzwischen dem SPEEDSTERPURE und der Konsole. Stellen Sie dieVerbindung wieder her und schalten Sie die Konsole wieder ein.

5.2 Das Fahrzeug zieht in eine bestimmte RichtungDas SPEEDSTERPURE muss neu kalibriert werden. Schalten Siedie Konsole aus und wieder an. Bitte berhren Sie weder Lenkradnoch Pedale beim Einschalten der Konsole.

5.3 Das Fahrzeug reagiert zu empfindlich/zu sptRufen Sie das Optionsmen des Spieles auf und justieren Sie dortdie Empfindlichkeit der Lenkung. Probieren Sie eine Feinabstimmungwie im Abschnitt TUNING beschrieben. Anm.: Nach dem Aus-schalten der Konsole ist wieder die Standardeinstellung aktiviert.

2.1 Montaje

Fijacin en la mesa:Fijar el soporte de la mesa en la parte inferior del volante pasando el estribo de fijacin de metal (1) por el soporte de la mesa (2) e introduciendo ambos juntos en la abertura (3).Luego ajustar bien el tornillo (4) hasta que el volante permanezcafijo y estable a la mesa (5).

Ajustes sobre las patas:Introducir ambos soportes angulares (6, 7) en las aberturas previstas para ellos en la parte inferior del volante. Por favor, respetar el orden correcto del montaje.Despus de haber introducido los pernos en las perforaciones, presionar un poco ms los soportes angulares hasta que el soporte haya encajado. Funciona ms fcil si primeramente apreta los pernos altos y despus los pernos bajos.

3.1.1 VolanteEl volante controla todos los movimientos de direccin.Los botones estn en el centro del volante. A la izquierda:

el botn L1 y el botn L2. A la derecha: el botn R1y el botn R2. Y en el medio: MODE, START, SELECT y TUNING. Exactamente en el centro hay una cruz de control plateada con lasteclas de direccin para navegar en el men del juego o para seleccionar las diferentes configuraciones en el modo TUNING (sintonizacin).El "botn L3" est destinado para la palanca de embragueizquierda y el "botn R3" est destinado para la palanca deembrague derecha.Si quieres conducir con el cambio manual, tendrs que configurar y guardar esta opcin en el juego (recomendado).

El SPEEDSTERPURE tiene dos modos de funcionamiento diferentesque se muestran con los LEDS luminosos. Con el botn "MODE"se puede cambiar de modo.En los juegos ms modernos se activa automticamente elmodo anlogo.

3.2.1 Modo digital de vibracinEl modo digital est diseado para garantizar total compatibilidadcon los juegos de PS one y PlayStation.En los juegos de carreras con funcin de vibracin, sta quedarpatente cuando llegue el momento (por ejemplo, al chocar con otrocoche o contra una pared).

3.2.2 Modo analgico de vibracin El modo analgico del SPEEDSTERPURE te permite moverte tanto cuanto necesites. Este modo imita la funcin analgica del mando analgico (DUALSHOCK) y del mando analgico (DUALSHOCK2). En este modo tambin se puede sentir el efecto vibratorio con el software que se indica anteriormente.

3.3 Puesta a punto

Pulsando el botn "TUNING" se puede cambiar el modo de puesta a punto, adems de modificar varios valores para ajustarel SPEEDSTERPURE al juego o a tu propio estilo de conduccin.

Las configuraciones se muestran con tres LEDS luminosos.

5.1 El volante no funcionaComprueba si el modo operativo del volante puede usarse con eljuego que has elegido. Si aun as el SPEEDSTER PURE sigue sinfuncionar, apaga la consola y desconecta el SPEEDSTER PURE.Vuelve a conectarlo y a encender la consola.

5.2 El vehculo se desva en una determinada direccinHay que calibrar de nuevo el SPEEDSTER PURE. Apaga la consola y vuelve a encenderla. Al encender la consola, por favorno tocar el volante ni los pedales.

5.3 El vehculo reacciona con demasiada facilidad o tardamucho en reaccionar

Abre el men de opciones del juego y modula la sensibilidad del volante. Prueba a ajustarlo tal y como se indica en el apartado dePuesta a punto. Nota: Cuando se apague la consola, se reactivarnlos valores por defecto.

5.4 No puedo activar el Modo de Vibracin digitalLos videojuegos modernos activan automticamente el Modo deVibracin analgico en cuanto se presionan los mini joysticks. Entodo caso, este modo es preferible al Modo de Vibracin digital.

IMPORTANTE:

Per nessuna ragione dovete installare o rimuovere loSPEEDSTERPURE dalla consolle quando accesa, in quantoci potrebbe danneggiare il volante e/o la consolleedannullare la garanzia.

2.1 Assemblaggio

Fissaggio su tavolo:Fissare il dispositivo di fissaggio al tavolo sulla facciata inferiore delvolante portando la staffa di fissaggio metallica (1) attraverso il supporto tavolo (2) e piantare entrambi nellapertura (3). Quindi,serrare la vite (4) finch il volante non sia bloccato stabilmente sultavolo (5).

Posizionare sulle ginocchia:Conficcare entrambi i dispositivi di fissaggio laterali (6, 7) nelleaperture apposite sulla facciata inferiore del volante. Rispettare ilcorretto senso di montaggio.Dopo aver infilati i bulloni nelle aperture, spingere i due dispositivi di fissaggio laterali con poca forza verso lesterno finch non si senta chiaramente che il dispositivo di fissaggio sinnestata in posizione. Funziona pi facilmente se premete prima sui perni superiori e poi sui perni inferiori.

3.1.1 Il volanteIl volante permette di sterzare.I tasti si trovano al centro del volante: tasto L1 e tasto L2a sinistra, tasto R1 e tasto R2 a destra, mentre i tastiMODE (modalit), START, SELECT e TUNING (messa a punto) si trovano in mezzo. Proprio al centro si trova la croce di pilotaggio di color argento coni tasti direzionali per navigare nel menu del gioco o per selezionarele varie impostazioni nel modo TUNING.La leva di commutazione sinistra assegnata al "tasto L3", la le-va di commutazione destra al "tasto R3"Se desideri guidare utilizzando il cambio manuale, devi configurarloe salvare l'impostazione nel gioco specifico (consigliato).

3.2 Modalit di funzionamento

Lo SPEEDSTERPURE dispone di 2 modi operativi che sono visualizzati mediante i LED applicati sul volante. Linterruttore "MODE" permette la commutazione dei modi. Nei giochi attuali, si attiva automaticamente il modo analogico.

3.2.1 Modalit di vibrazione digitaleLa modalit digitale stata ideata per assicurare totale compatibilit con i giochi meno recenti (PS one e PlayStation).Nei giochi di corsa che supportano la funzione di vibrazione, talefunzione viene attivata nelle situazioni appropriate quali lo scontrocon un altro veicolo o contro un muro.

3.2.2 Modalit di vibrazione analogicaLa modalit analogica di SPEEDSTER PURE consente di effettuarei movimenti richiesti con precisione. Questa modalit emula la funzione analogica del controller analogico (DUALSHOCK) e del controller analogico (DUALSHOCK2). Anche in questo caso la funzione di vibrazione pu essere attivata mediante il software corrispondente (vedi sopra).

3.3 Messa a punto

Premendo il tasto "TUNING", passerai in modalit di messa a punto e potrai modificare varie impostazioni per adattare lo SPEEDSTER PURE al gioco o al tuo stile di guida.

Le impostazioni sono indicate tramite tre LED di stato.

5.1 Il volante non funzionaControlla che il gioco selezionato supporti la modalit di funzionamento del volante utilizzata. Se SPEEDSTER PURE nonfunziona, spegni la console e scollega SPEEDSTER PURE. Ricollegalo e riaccendi la console.

5.2 Il veicolo tende ad andare verso una determinata direzione necessario ricalibrare SPEEDSTER PURE. Spegni e riaccendila console. Durante linserimento della console non toccare il volante o i pedali.

5.3 Il veicolo reagisce in modo troppo sensibile o troppo lento

Apri il menu Options (Opzioni) del gioco e regola la sensibilit del volante. Regola le impostazioni secondo quanto descritto nella sezione MESSA A PUNTO. Nota: spegnendo la console, si riattivano le impostazioni predefinite.

5.4 Non riesco ad attivare il modo digitale di vibrazioneI giochi moderni attivano automaticamente il modo analogico di vibrazione appena che sono stati riconosciuti i mini-joystick. Questo modo, in ogni caso, da preferire al modo digitale di vibrazione.

2.0 Installation

IMPORTANT:

Vous ne devez en aucun cas insrer ou enlever leSPEEDSTERPURE de votre console quand elle est allume.Cela pourrait endommag votre volant et votre console etannul la validit de votre garantie.

2.1 Montage

Montage sur une table:Fixer le support de table en dessous du volant en passant l'tauen mtal (1) travers le support de table (2) et en mettant les deux lments dans l'orifice (3) prvu cet effet. Serrer ensuitela vis (4) jusqu' ce que le volant soit fix de manire stable sur la table (5).

Conduire avec le volant sur les genoux:Mettre les deux clapets de fixation (6, 7) dans les orifices prvus cet effet situs en dessous du volant. Veuillez les monter dansle bon sens. Aprs avoir mis les boulons dans les orifices, poussez les clapets de fixation avec vigueur vers l'extrieur jusqu' ce qu'ils s'enclenchent. Cela fonctionne plus facilement si vous appuyez d'abord sur les boulons du haut et ensuite sur les boulons du bas.

3.1 Composants deSPEEDSTERPURE

3.1.1 Le volantLe volant contrle tous les changements de direction.Les touches se trouvent au centre du volant:

touche L1 et touche L2 gauche, touche R1 ettouche R2 droite. Les touches MODE, START, SELECT et TUNING(rglage) se trouvent au milieu.Au milieu du volant se trouve la croix directionnelle argente avecles touches de direction pour naviguer dans les menus du jeu oupour configurer les paramtres du mode TUNING.Le levier gauche est affect au "touche L3" et le levierdroit au "touche R3".Si vous voulez conduire en mode de changement devitesses manuel, vous devez configurer et enregistrer cerglage dans le jeu (recommand).

Si ce rglage n'est pas disponible dans le jeu, vous pouvez modifier la fonction des leviers de vitesse. Voir la section "Rglage" pour davantage d'informations.Au-dessus des touches situes au milieu du volant se trouventles trois tmoins lumineux.

3.1.2 Le bloc de directionLe volant est ancr sur la console. En dessous du volant se trouvent les systmes de fixation d'une part pour l'tau de table d'autre part pour les clapets de fixation.

3.1.3 Les pdalesLe frein est la pdale de gauche alors que la pdale de droite faitoffice dacclrateur. Si le jeu fonctionne en mode analogique, lespdales sont donc sensibles la pression.

3.2 Modes de Fonctionnement

Le SPEEDSTERPURE dispose de deux modes de fonctionnementindiqus grce aux tmoins lumineux se trouvant sur le volant. Onpeut changer de mode de fonctionnement en actionnant le commutateur "MODE". Pour les jeux actuels, le mode analogue est activ automatiquement.

3.2.1 Mode de vibration numriqueLe mode numrique a t dvelopp de faon assurer unecompatibilit totale avec les jeux anciens (PS one et PlayStation).Pour ce qui est des jeux de course qui prennent en charge unefonction de vibration, cette fonction sera mise en relief dans lessituations appropries, lors dune collision avec un autre vhicu-le ou avec un mur par exemple.

3.2.2 Mode de vibration analogiqueLe mode analogique du SPEEDSTER PURE permet dobtenir trs prcisment le mouvement requis. Ce mode imite la fonction analogique des manettes analogiques (DUALSHOCK) et(DUALSHOCK2). Dans ce mode, il est galement possible de ressentir des vibrations si lon utilise un logiciel appropri (voir plushaut).

3.3 Rglage

En appuyant sur le bouton "TUNING", vous passez en moderglage et vous pouvez configurer le SPEEDSTER PURE selonvotre style de conduite ou selon le jeu que vous utilisez.

Les paramtres sont signaliss par les tmoins lumineux d'tat.

Les paramtres sont effacs ds que la console est teinte ou quele volant est dtach de la console.

3.3.1 Zone morteLa zone morte est la zone autour de la position centrale du volantqui ne dclenche pas de raction de la voiture dans le jeu. Cettezone peut tre tendue ou limine, si vous voulez que chaque mouvement du volant ait un rsultat immdiat dans le jeu.1. Actionnez le commutateur sur la position "TUNING"2. 3.3.6 ProgrammationLes deux leviers peuvent tre programms avec des fonctions diffrentes.- Actionnez le mode "TUNING"- Appuyez sur le levier que vous dsirez modifier- Appuyez ensuite sur la fonction voulue (par ex. sur la touche "R2")Vous pouvez maintenant changer la fonction du deuxime levier ou quitter le mode de programmation en appuyant sur la touche"TUNING". 4.0 Nettoyage et entretien

NettoyageAvant de nettoyer votre SPEEDSTER PURE, dbranchez-le de laconsole. Nettoyez le volant et les pdales laide dun chiffon propre et lgrement humidifi avec une solution dtergente nonagressive. Nutilisez ni arosols, ni nettoyants liquides tels que du benzne oudes diluants pour peinture. Si vous utilisez un plumeau synthtique,respectez les prcautions demploi qui laccompagnent.

EnvironnementTenez le volant l'cart des sources de chaleur (radiateurs, etc.).Utilisez-le dans un environnement dont la temprature est comprise entre 5C et 35C.Ne le placez pas sur une surface instable. La chute de lquipementpourrait l'endommager et / ou blesser quelquun.Tenez-le loign de leau.Evitez de laisser le volant mme le sol.

Introduction dobjetsNe jamais introduire dobjets quels quils soient dans cet quipe-ment, afin dviter tout risque dlectrocution ou dincendie.

ManipulationNe lancez pas le volant ni ses accessoires. La chute du volant oula chute dobjets lourds sur le volant sont bien sr viter. Lorsdu transport, vitez les chocs violents. Cela pourrait causer desdysfonctionnements.Evitez de tordre ou tirer les cbles trop fortement.

5.1 Mon volant ne fonctionne pasAssurez-vous que votre jeu prend en charge le mode de fonctionnement actuel du volant. Si votre SPEEDSTER PURE nefonctionne toujours pas, teignez votre console et dconnectezle SPEEDSTER PURE. Reconnectez-le et rallumez votre console. Reconnectez-le et rallumez votre console.

5.2 Le vhicule part dans une mauvaise directionVous devez re-calibrer le SPEEDSTERPURE. Eteignez puis rallumezvotre console. Ne touchez ni au volant ni aux pdales pendant laphase de dmarrage de la console.

5.3 Le vhicule ragit de manire trop vive/trop lentelorsque je tourne le volant

Ouvrez le menu Options du jeu et ajustez la sensibilit du volant. Modifiez graduellement le rglage comme nous lavons dcrit lasection REGLAGE. Remarque: chaque fois que vous teignez votre console, les paramtres par dfaut sont rtablis.

5.4 Je ne peux pas activer le mode de vibration numriqueLes jeux modernes activent automatiquement le mode de vibrationanalogique ds que les mini joysticks sont soutenus. Dans tous lescas, ce mode est prfrable au mode de vibration numrique.

2.0 Installatie

BELANGRIJK:

In geen gevaal mag u de SPEEDSTER PURE in de consolesteken of eruit trekken als deze nog is ingeschakeld.Dit kan tot de beschadiging van het stuur en/of deconsole leiden. Door beschadigingen van deze soort komt de garantie te vervallen.

2.1 Montage

Vastmaken aan de tafel:Maak de tafelhouder aan de onderkant van het stuur vast door de metalen houderbeugel (1) door de tafelhouder te voeren en allebei samen in de opening te steken. Draai daarna de schroef(4) zo lang vast totdat het stuur stabiel aan de tafel vast zit (5).

Bevestiging op de benen:Steek allebei de dijbeenhouders (6, 7) in de daarvoor bedoelde openingen aan de onderkant van het stuur. Let op de juiste inbouwrichting.Nadat de bouten in de openingen ingezet zijn moeten de dijbeen-houders met een beetje nadruk na buiten worden gedrukt totdatde houders voelbar ingrijpen. Dat gaat makkelijker als u eerst opde bovenste bouten en daarna op de onderste bouten drukt.

OPMERKING:

Het stuur moet tijdens het inschakelen van de console in hetmidden ingesteld zijn en mag niet worden bewogen, omdathet stuur in de startfase gekalibreerd wordt.

3.1 Bedienelementen van deSPEEDSTERPURE

3.1.1 Het stuurHet stuur stuurt alle stuurbewegingen.De toetsen zijn in het midden van het stuur:Ann de linker kant bevinden zich L1 en L2, aan de rechterkent bevinden zich R1 en R2 en in het midden bevindenzich MODE, START, SELECT en TUNING.Helemaal in het midden bevindt zich het zilveren stuurkruis metde richtingstoetsen voor de navigatie in het menu van de game of voor het kiezen van de verschillende instellingen in de TUNINGmodus.De linker versnellingshendel is aan de "L3 button" toegewezen ende rechter versnellingshendel is toegewezen aan de "R3 button".Als u met handmatige versnelling wilt rijden moet u deze instellingin de game instellen en opslagen (aanbevolen).

Als een instelling in de game niet mogelijk is, kan de instelling vande versnellingshendels worden veranderd.Nader informatie vindt u onder "Tuning".Boven de toetsen in het midden van het stuur bevinden zichdrie status-LEDs.

3.1.2 De stuureenheidHet stuur is op de console verankerd. Aan de onderkant zijn de bevestigingen voor de tafelhouder of de dijbeenhouders.

3.1.3 De pedalenHet linker pedaal is de rem en het rechter pedaal is voor de versnelling. Als de analoge modus van de game wordt ondersteundwerken de pedalen drukgevoelig.

3.2 Bedrijfsmodi

De SPEEDSTERPURE heeft 2 verschillende bedrijfsmodi, die doorde op het stuur aangebrachte LEDs worden getoond. De modikunnen met de toets "MODE" verwisseld worden. Bij actuelegames wordt de analoge modus automatisch geactiveerd.

3.2.1 Digitale vibratie modusDe digitale modus werd ontwikkeld om gehele compatibiliteit metoude (PS one en PlayStation) racegames te waarborgen. Metracegames die een vibratiefunctie ondersteunen kan men dit inbepaalde situaties merken, bijv. bij een botsing met een andervoertuig of met een muur.

3.2.2 Analoge vibratie modusDe analoge modus van de SPEEDSTERPURE maakt het mogelijkom de bewegingen heel erg nauwkeurig te doseren. In dezemodus worden de Analoog Controller (DUALSHOCK) en deAnaloog Controller (DUALSHOCK2) geemuleerd. Ook hier kan menhet vibratieeffect bij bepaalde software merken (zie boven).

3.3 Tuning

Door drukken van de toets "TUNING" komt men naar de tuning modus en kan men verschillende instellingen maken om de SPEEDSTERPURE optimaal aan de game of aan de eigen rijstijl aan te passen.

De instellingen worden door de drie status-LEDs getoond.

De instelllingen worden gewist zodra de console uit wordt geschakeld of het stuur uit wordt gehaald.

3.3.1 Dead-zoneDe dead-zone is dat gebied rond de middelpositie van het stuur waareen beweging van het stuur nog niet tot een reactie van de autoin de game leidt. Dit gebied kan uitgebreid of volkomen geelimineertworden om met iedere beweging van het stuur meteen een reactievan de auto te krijgen.1. Druk "TUNING"2. Kies de gewenste instelling met de richtingstoetsen

"LINKS" en "RECHTS"3. Druk "TUNING" om de tuning modus te verlaten

3.3.2 SensibiliteitDeze functie regelt hoe sterk de auto tijdens de game op de bewegingen van het stuur reageert. Bij instelling 3 veroorzaakt aleen lichte beweging van het stuur een sterke bocht van de auto.Bij 0 moet men voor dezelfde bocht het stuur helemaal inslaan.1. Druk "TUNING"2. Kies de gewenste instelling met de richtingstoetsen

"OP" en "NEER"3. Druk "TUNING" om de tuning modus te verlaten

3.3.3 ProgrammeringAllebei de versnellingshendels kunnen op andere functies wordeningesteld.- Druk "TUNING"- Druk de versnellingshendel die u wilt veranderen- Druk daarna de gewenste functie (bijv. toets "R2")Nu kunt u ook op de andere versnellingshendel een nieuwe functie instellen of u kunt door drukken van "TUNING" de programmamodus verlaten. De functies van de pedalen kunnen ook worden verandert. Sommige games laten sich nauwkeuriger sturen als men met derechter mini-joystick van de analoge controller (DUALSHOCK ofDUALSHOCK2) versnelt en afremt.

Let erop dat de instelling van de toetsen in de game daarbij pas-send verandert moet worden!

4.0 Onderhoud

ReinigenVerwijder de SPEEDSTERPURE van de console voor de reiniging.Maak het stuur en de pedalen met een zacht doekje schoon, datalleen maar heel weinig met schoonmaakmiddel vochtig is gemaakt.Gebruik geen vloeibar of aerosol schoonmaakmiddel zoals bijv.benzine of verdunner. Let op de veiligheidsmaatregelen die defabrikant meestuurt als u een synthetisch plumeau gebruikt.

PlaatsingHet product mag niet dichtbij hittebronnen zoals bijv. verwarmingof andere voorwerpen die hitte veroorzaken geplaatst worden.Gebruik het alleen in omgevingen met een temperatuur tussen de5C en 35C.Gebruik het product niet op een instabiel oppervlak. Het productzou eraf kunnen vallen en letsels veroorzaken of zelf beschadigdworden.Gebruik het product niet dichtbij water.Laat het stuur niet op de bodem liggen.

Inbrengen van voorwerpenSchuif nooit voorwerpen van welke aard dan ook in het toestel.Deze zouden stroomvoerende punten kunnen raken wat tot brandof elektrische schok zou kunnen leiden.

BehandelingHet product niet werpen, het stuur noch de pedalen laten vallenen geen zware voorwerpen op het stuur of de pedalen latenvallen. Let erop dat het product aan geen belastingen wordtbloot gesteld als u het transporteert. Dit zou tot foutievefuncties kunnen leiden.Trek a.u.b. niet aan het kabel en verdraai het niet.

De SPEEDSTERPURE mag niet geopend en nietgemodificeerd worden. De EndorAG verbiedtuitdrukkelijk de analyse en het gebruik van deelektroniek, hardware, software of firmware diede SPEEDSTER PURE bevat.

5.0 Fouten verhelpen/Support

Gebruik a.u.b. volgende handleiding voor het verhelpen van foutenals er wat dan ook voor problemen zouden optreden tijdens hetgebruik van de SPEEDSTERPURE. Als u een probleem daarmeeniet kunt verhelpen, belt u a.u.b. de hotline van uw land. Op dewebpagina www.Fanatec.com vindt u verdere informatie andcontactgegevens.

5.1 Mijn stuur werkt nietControleer of de door u gekozen game de actuele bedrijfsmodusvan het stuur ondersteunt.Schakel de console uit en onderbreek de verbinding tussen deSPEEDSTERPURE en de console als de SPEEDSTERPURE nogsteeds niet werkt. Maak de verbinding opnieuw en schakel deconsole opnieuw in.

5.2 Het voertuig trekt in een bepaalde richtingDe SPEEDSTERPURE moet opnieuw worden gekalibreerd.Schakel de console uit en daarna weer in. Raak a.u.b het stuurnoch de pedalen aan tijdens het inschakelen van de console.

5.3 Het voertuig reageert te gevoelig/te laatRoep het optie menu van de game op en stel daar de gevoeligheidvan het stuur in. Probeer een fijninstelling zoals in hoofdstukTUNING beschreven. Opmerking: Na het uitschakelen van deconsole is weer de standaardinstelling geactiveert.

5.4 Ik kan de digitale vibratie modus niet activeren Moderne games activeren automatisch de analoge vibratie moduszodra de mini-joysticks worden ondersteund. Deze modus is inieder geval beter dan de digitale vibratie modus.

7.0 Garantie

7.1 De ENDOR AG geeft eventueel met uitbreiding vankortere nationale wettelijke garantieregelingen op hethardwareproduct twee jaar garantie op materiaal enproductiefouten.

7.2 Niet in de garantie inbegrepen zijn mankementen die op

7.2.1 commercile doeleinden van het product en/of7.2.2 normaal slijtage en/of7.2.3 beschadiging door andermans invloed

geautoriseerde opening van het toestel, inclusief allemaatregelingen tot veranderingen, aanpassingen en/ofadaptie (ook bij vakkundig installatie) terug te voeren zijn.

7.3 De garantie is geldig vanaf de koopdatum waarop de klanthet product heeft gekocht en is beperkt, voor zoverdaarmee niet verder reikende wettelijke garantie-aansprakelijkheden op grond van verschillende nationalewettelijke bepalingen worden beperkt, uitsluitend op derechten van paragraaf 7.3.2

7.3.1 Voorwaarde voor een garantieprestatie is de vrachtvrijeinzending van het foutieve product binnen de garantietijdsamen met de originele koopbon op welke het koopdatumen de stempel van het bedrijf van de handelaar, die hetproduct voor het eerst gekocht heeft, moeten zijn.

7.3.2 In de garantie is na keuze van ENDOR AG of de gratisreparatie of het verwisselen van onderdelen van hettoestel of het verwisselen van het hele toestel inbegrepen.

7.3.3 Voor niet in de garantie inbegrepen of volgensparagrafen 7.2.1 7.2.8 van de garantie uitgeslotenmankementen vraagt u voor de reparatiemogelijkhedende locale klantenservice of de plaatselijke handelaar.

7.4 Voor zover wettelijk toegelaten wordt een verdergaandegarantie, met uitzondering behoudens opzet ofbewuste roekeloosheid, ongezien de grond voor de

aansprakelijkheid voor alle onmiddellijke en middellijkeschade en volgende schade uitgesloten.

7.4.1 Dit is in het bijzonder van toepassing op schade aan an-dere voorwerpen, personen, het kwijtraken van gegevensen schade aan het vermogen zoals gederfde winst entransportschade in samenhang met terugzending aan deENDOR AG.

7.4.2 Als in bepaalde landen of delen van landen garantie-beperkingen volgens paragraaf 7.4 wettelijk niet toegestaanof ongeldig zijn, gelden de beperkingen voor zover erberhaupt beperkingen voor de garantie voor de gegevennationale wettelijke en rechtspositie kunnen wordenvastgesteld.

IMPORTANTE:

No deve, em caso algum, ligar ou desligar o SPEEDSTER

PURE na consola, enquanto esta ainda se encontra ligada.Isto pode levar a danos no volante e/ou na consola. Danosdeste tipo anulam a garantia.

2.1 Montagem

Fixao mesa:Fixe o suporte da mesa parte inferior do volante, Introduzindoo estribo de fixao de metal (1) atravs do suporte de mesa (2)e inserindo os dois juntos na abertura (3).De seguida, aperte os parafusos (4) at que o volante estejafixo mesa de forma estvel (5).

Fixao sobre as pernas:Insira os dois suportes curvos (6, 7) nas aberturas previstaspara esse fim na parte inferior do volante.Tenha em ateno a orientao correcta de montagem. Depoisdos pernos terem sido introduzidos, o suporte curvo tem de serpressionado para fora com alguma fora, at notar que o suporteest engatado. Isto mais eficaz se premir primeiro os pernossuperiores e de seguida os pernos inferiores.

3.1 Os elementos de comando doSPEEDSTER PURE

3.1.1 O volanteO volante comanda todos os movimentos do volante.Os botes esto colocados no centro do volante:No lado esquerdo esto L1 e L2, no direitoR1 e R2 e no centro MODE, START, SELECT e TUNING.

No meio encontra-se a cruz de comando prateada com osbotes de direco para navegao no menu do jogo ou paraseleccionar os diferentes ajustes no modo TUNING.

A alavanca esquerda de mudanas corresponde ao "L3 Button"e a alavanca direita ao "R3 Button". Quando pretender conduzircom a mudana de velocidade manual, tem de ajustar esta opono jogo e armazen-la (recomendado).

3.1.3 Os pedaisO pedal esquerdo o travo e o pedal direito serve paraacelerar. Se o modo analgico for suportado pelo jogo, ospedais funcionam de modo sensvel presso.

3.2 Modos operativos

O SPEEDSTERPURE dispe de mais de 2 modos de funcionamentodiferentes, que so indicados pelos LEDs adequados do volante.Os modos podem ser alterados atravs do interruptor "MODE".Nos jogos actuais o modo analgico activado automaticamente.

3.2.1 Modo de vibrao digitalO modo digital foi desenvolvido para garantir uma compatibilida-de com os jogos de corrida antigos (PS one e PlayStation).Nos jogos de corrida que apoiam uma funo de vibrao, vai serpossvel detect-la nas respectivas situaes, como por exemplo,numa coliso com um outro veculo ou tambm com uma parede.

3.2.2 Modo de vibrao analgicoO modo analgico do SPEEDSTERPURE possibilita umadosagem muito precisa dos movimentos. Neste modo oController analgico (DUALSHOCK) e o Controller analgico(DUALSHOCK2) soemulados. Tambm se sente aqui o efeito devibrao como respectivo Software (v.a.).
