Award winning business journalistMartin Uhlenfeldt is the journalistic driving force behind Maritime Denmark.

In 1991 he received the Danish journalists’ biggest distinction, the Cavling Award, while he worked at the Danish daily newspaper Jyllands-Posten. Five years later, he was nominated for the Cavling Award for the second time, this time for his work at the Danish TV channel TV2.

At TV2 Martin Uhlenfeldt was member of the chief editorial staff at the news operations TV2/Nyhederne, and in 2006 he participated in planning and launching TV2/News.

In 2007 he created Maritime Denmark that today is Denmark’s absolutely biggest maritime media.
