Support Several opportunities for support with varying degrees of recognition are available at the ASORN Annual Meeting. Support opportunities help with company visibility and show that you support the ophthalmic registered nursing community.

The following prospectus offers details about the opportunities available and answers many common questions to help you plan for your upcoming trip to Las Vegas.

Marketing options, exhibitor reservations and support requests are submitted online. After you review the prospectus, visit the asorn website at www.asorn.org/annual_meeting/marketing or click on one of the links in this document to market, exhibit or support the meeting.

Dear ASORN Supporter,The American Society of Ophthalmic Registered Nurses is preparing for another year of informative and progressive educational programming at its 39th Annual Meeting November 13-14, 2015 at Bally’s Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. ASORN proudly designates its 39th Annual Meeting theme, Eyes on the Future.

ASORN meeting exhibitors will have the opportunity to take advantage of the boutique atmosphere of the ASORN annual meeting where they are allowed more direct and personal interaction with this unique and important group of ophthalmic practice decision makers.

ASORN expects around 300 attendees consisting of ophthalmic nurses and technicians, and welcomes all ophthalmic team members who appreciate the premium education that our organization offers.

Market Market to our meeting attendees by placing a promotional flyer in the attendee packet. Increase your brand exposure and drive booth traffic on both the AAO and ASORN exhibit floor.

Marketing OpportunityCan’t exhibit? Don’t have the personnel to send to represent your company? Or are you concentrating your energy on the AAO exhibit hall floor? Opt to place a promotional flyer in ASORN attendee packets and increase your brand visibility and/or drive more traffic to your booth on the AAO exhibit floor.

Marketing flyer or insert may be black and white or color, must be printed on a single sheet of paper and may not exceed 8.5” x 11”. Flyers or inserts must be mailed to ASORN within an established time frame. ASORN will not print materials for you. More details will be provided after sign up.

BOXED LUNCHEON – FRIDAY $10,000

Recognition of support at the boxed lunch includes signage at the event and verbal recognition during meeting announcements.

EVENING RECEPTION – FRIDAY $15,000

Recognition of support for the evening reception will include an opportunity to address meeting attendees during the reception, signage at the event and verbal recognition in meeting announcements.

AWARDS LUNCHEON – SATURDAY $13,000

Recognition of support for the awards luncheon will include an opportunity to address meeting attendees before the awards presentation with a quick 5-10 minute presentation, signage at the event and verbal recognition in meeting announcements.

REGISTRATION BAGS $2,000

Recognition of support for attendee registration bags will include company logo on the bags and placement of promotional materials in the bags.

Exhibit OpportunityDue to feedback from both exhibitors and attendees about the benefits of a smaller, more intimate exhibit hall, ASORN will hold exhibit hours on Friday, November 13.

Exhibit HoursFRIDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 7:00 AM – 1:40 PM

Exhibit hours include a breakfast in the exhibit hall, a morning break and a boxed lunch hour. Highest traffic will be during these times.

7:00 AM – 8:00 AM EXHIBITORS BREAKFAST 10:10 AM – 10:40 AM EXHIBIT HALL NETWORKING 12:40 PM – 1:40 PM LUNCH HOUR NETWORKING

Booth staffing between these times is optional. Booth staff are fully responsible for any items lost or stolen if they choose to leave their booth during down time.

SETUP – Thursday, November 12 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM or Friday, November 13 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM

TEAR-DOWN – November 13, 1:40 PM – 3:00 PM

Exhibit SpaceExhibit space is limited and available on a first come, first serve basis. We request that exhibits be limited to one 6’ x 30” table. If a second tabletop or additional space is needed please call us to discuss; additional fees may apply.

Giveaways are permitted as long as they are appropriate and do not interfere with the educational sessions or flow of traffic. Please indicate on the exhibitor reservation form if you plan to have a giveaway.

ASORN OFFERS TWO TYPES OF TABLETOP EXHIBITS:

FULL DISPLAY EXHIBITS

Full display exhibits should fit on one 6’ x 30” tabletop and may include equipment and products. Full display exhibits are expected to be staffed during the designated hours. Booth staff are fully responsible for any items lost or stolen if they choose to leave their booth during down time. Two exhibitor representatives are included with the reservation. If you wish to have more than two representatives at your table please contact ASORN after reserving your space.

LITERATURE ONLY EXHIBITS

Literature Only exhibits are for giveaway brochures and materials (no equipment or display backgrounds may be left at or on these tables). Exhibitors are responsible for periodically checking on exhibit appearance and replenishing supplies but do not need to be present during exhibit hours. Left-over materials not picked up by 5pm on Friday will be recycled. Literature only exhibits will be provided only as space allows.
