Release Date

Due to our survey’s results we found out that the best time to release the film would be around Summer due to the fact our target audience favoured that time of year over the others. Winter was also a choice, but overall Summer’s results surpassed that of Winter’s and our film will be released early July.

Type of Release

Our film will be released nationally in large cinemas rather than internationally due to the fact we are independent rather than apart of a huge company. Moreover, being released in large cinemas will attract a larger audience since people have adjusted to going to large cinemas such as Odeon or Cineworld rather than small cinemas that reside in places like Cannon hill park, etc. It also surpasses being released on DVD since films that are released on DVD have a reputation of being awful films with poor ratings and less recognition.

Format for Release

Our film will be released in the cinema rather than on DVD because as said before the films that are released on DVD before actually making it to a cinema are classed as low-rated films that does appeal to the audience whatsoever. It’ll be released in large Cinema’s, nationally and a few months after the film’s released then it will appear on DVD/Blu-Ray.
