DIOCESAN SERVICES APPEAL is the way our

Catholic family in Christ shares the blessings

bestowed upon us by God. The best way we

can show our gratitude for these blessings is

by putting His gifts to work for others by

reaching out to them in their need and

inviting them to join His Holy Church.

ALTAR FLOORING PROJECT

The Altar reflooring project begins Sunday,

June 9th. We will be removing the old carpet

and replacing it with hardwood flooring. The

cost of the project will be approximately

TEMPORARY FOSTER CARE FOR

UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN

The crisis at the border is heartbreaking, and

children are at the greatest risk. There is an

urgent need for foster parents willing to open

their hearts and homes to refugee and

immigrant children who are arriving in Michigan

and waiting to be reunited with their families in

the U.S. These young people desperately need

a loving and accepting foster home to

welcome them to our country and provide

them with safety and care. Bethany Christian

Services (BCS) is opening an extension to our

well-establish Transitional Foster Care program

in the Lansing area and we are looking for

families and individuals willing to serve as foster

parents. BCS has two informational meetings a

month in our East Lansing office where you can

get answers to all the questions you may have.

Please prayerfully consider how you can be a

part of showing God’s love to these children.

The next informational meetings are:

Friday, June 14th from 1:00-3:00 P.M.

Wednesday, June 26th from 6:00-8:00 P.M.

To register for the informational meeting call

517.336.0191. For more information visit
