WELCOME LETTERDear Collegues,
The Hellenic Group of Sarcoma and Rare Cancers (HGSRC) organizes, on November 13-14, 2020, the 3rd Masterclass of
Sarcoma and Rare Cancers. The event aims to induce an interest in the challenging field of sarcomas amongst the medical
community, by combining background knowledge and contemporary developments in the diagnosis and management of
these rare diseases. The Masterclass is addressed to pathologists, oncologists, radiation oncologists, radiologists, sur-
geons as well as any other scientific groups with special interest on sarcomas.
The sessions held during the Masterclass will include a thorough presentation of the clinical, morphological and molecular
characteristics of different sarcoma subtypes, with emphasis on the latest diagnostic and therapeutic advances in each
area. A prestigious faculty from all over Europe representing various disciplines involved in the management of sarcomas
ensures the highest quality of the scientific and didactic sessions.
The success of this effort relies upon comprehensive work, but also on everyone’s dedication and active support.
Within the grounds of the Masterclass of Sarcomas and Rare Cancers, we want to welcome you and warmly thank you for
your participation.
