15-793- Offered by Councillor PentaBe It Resolved that Medford residents Henry and Evelyne Milorin be awarded acouncil citation for their continuing supporting work within the disabilitycommunity within Medford and with surrounding communities. Their efforts weremost recently recognized at the November meeting of ARC, a nationallyrecognized organization that deals with the intellectual and physical disabilities ofthose less fortunate.

Dear Mr. President and City Councillors:
I respectfully request and recommend that your Honorable Body approve thetransfers from overlay surplus to Revaluation account 010-141-5310 totaling$250,000 as outlined in the attached memo from the City Assessor and theBoard of Assessors.
This amount will fund the state mandated revaluation of all real and personalproperty in the City required by the Bureau of Local Assessment of the Dept. ofRevenue.
The City Assessor, Ed O’Neil and City Auditor, Anne Baker are present thisevening to answer any questions you may have.
