TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

The above packages are va l id for booking made immediately –31 March 2016

Final guaranteed number of guests to be submitted at least 7 days pr ior to the event . The

number of guests guaranteed 7 days pr ior to the event wi l l be bi l led accordingly even i f the

final number of part ic ipants fa l l s short on the date of the funct ion. Any addit ional guests

attending your event wi l l be charged accordingly .

Deposit Requirements :

First deposit of 50% of the confirmed package is required to guarantee the space. A letter of

agreement wi l l be issued by Al i la Hotel Jakarta with in 48 hours after the event confirmed.

Balance payments for a l l the confirmed arrangement wi l l be required 14 days (1 months) pr ior

to the date of the event .

Cancel lat ion Pol icy :

In the event of cancel lat ion the fol lowing charges wi l l apply : For any cancel lat ion made post

confirmat ion, a 50 % of the est imated tota l cost wi l l be charged accordingly .

For any cancel lat ion made within 14 days (2 weeks) pr ior to the event date , a 100 % of the

est imated cost wi l l be fu l ly charged.
